Q3, I think this may have been discussed previously, but I don't remember if a conclusion was reached. I am wondering how VIP tickets get counted in the Box Scores. I asked the question at another site & got an answer that makes sense to me. She/he said the numbers are included in the tickets sold. However, any thing over the highest normal ticket price, for that show, goes into merchandise. The is the reason we don 't see any shows with tickets at $495 or $1295 being reported. So, the highest priced regular tickets at The Forum, for example, was $171. So the $$ over that for VIPS, goes into merchandise.
This makes sense to me. Do you think this is correct? If it is, that means many dollars are not included in each box score total!! 100s of thousands!
