I'm honestly curious...in what way do random comments from fans in any online format "hurt Adam" or anyone else who has an active fan base? Do media outlets care where their clicks come from as long as they're getting traffic? We've certainly seen enough silly online "polls" that are seemingly designed only to drive up web traffic, so if fan comments incite responses, do the media outlets view this negatively? People are always going to have different and opposing viewpoints about things they feel passionately about, right? Point is, Adam prefers that we not whine over every little thing, as per this-

Things posted here are also copied almost daily on Queen forum sites- mostly to make fun of us. same with LJ and other forums. Apparently, there are communities that thrive on mocking others. For instance if I would post that I am an opera fan and would love to hear Adam do a classical piece - this fact would frequently serve as something to "make fun" of and can generate pages and pages of snark. I know of people who stopped posting because of "hate" cross posting generated by those sites. I sometimes comment re QOL posters here, so I am guilty of the similar type behavior...Obviously we have a very useful ATOP rule against posting here about other sites and individual posters. PS. I am sure this post will be mocked elsewhere. Hello there, mockers Have fun! Yeah...let's just surround ourselves with lots of positivity energy....Have fun mockers!

Music Lady Gaga Joins Queen and Adam Lambert for “Another One Bites the Dust” Live: Watch By Philip Cosores
(Pic of GaGa)
Usually when two giant tours cross paths, the phrase “two ships in the night” is employed, as often those tours are both working on the rare moments they happen to be in the same major city at the same time. But on rare occasions, as happened last night (Aug. 27) in Sydney, Australia, those giant tours meet and create something special. The new incarnation of Queen, featuring Adam Lambert in lieu of deceased frontman Freddy Mercury, played the first of two nights in the Australian cities Allphones Arena, and were joined on “Another One Bites the Dust” by none other than the ARTPOP queen herself, Lady Gaga. Wearing a giant Brian May-like afro wig adorned with appropriate crowns, Lambert easily out-sings the diva, but she provides the song with some flare that the band’s re-imagining just couldn’t pull off alone. alrighty, I'm going to take a page out of Adam's book and ignore all the negativity. Moving on. FYI, I plan to sticky the Melbourne concert thread around 6 EDT unless you all want it up earlier (and if anything important shows up before that you can always find the concert thread by going to the recaps and using the link there) adamtopia.com/thread/2505/2014-rest-world-concert-threads

OT about Sauli, Adam mention by inference. Big Brother in Finland started sunday evening. Sauli is hosting a live broadcast 'Extra', 30 mins daily from monday to friday, presenting clips from the BB house, possibilities for fans to participate and interviewing guests. The first time his performance was quite stiff and reading the planned texts wasn't natural, surely due to nerves in a live situation as he's very good in the clips and inserts made beforehand. By today it can be seen that he's learned a lot already, although every time talking with guests has been the best part of Extra. Tonight his guest was a journalist from Seiska (the gossip magazine that Sauli does his pic blogs for). Sauli asked what does she think would be a good way to stay relevant in media after BB. She said 'well, picking up an American star is a good way' which took Sauli by surprise and he was a bit embarrassed and giggly but managed to say that he 'didn't pick up anybody' - and then forced the discussion to move on.
