For Nikki, who totally ruined the peacefulness of my first morning coffee ritual by mentioning Justin Timberlake (but is still my favourite gal:))): Justin is one of the rare artists today who I think rightfully deserves all the success he has. I have huge respect for him, even though he doesn't have particularly impressive voice - which just shows that it is never only about the voice in this line of success Adam wants to achieve. On top of his many talents, he also strikes me as a nice human being. Adam and he are as different as they can be, but there is one thing I wish for Adam that Justin has: amazing band and phenomenal staging! They are so impressive that together with his confidence and charm, and great songs of course, you get a top notch performance even without great vocals. That's what it looks and sounds to me, at least; I hope Adam gets to have something like this one day, and just... struts and sings all over the place. No circus acts and aerial slings, please, it's just this (sorry, P!nk). And I know everyone thought QAL staging and lighting was great, and it was, but this is so much more to my taste (mind you, sans Timbaland and sexy ladies, just the band and the staging and light effects). I kept imagining Adam's voice gracing this stage and I couldn't stop myself from wishing it for him: Aleks, I'm sorry I spoilt your coffee . That video was wonderful and a beautiful dreaming about future possibilities for Adam. I loved it, and the ending, wow, it was electric and very moving. I'm seeing him in two weeks time with my son. I've seen him once before and he is pure class and talent on the stage - like someone else we know. He is not a muse to me though like Adam is, I simply enjoy his talent. And 'Go Serbia'!! Juniemoon, happy birthday lovely lady. It is so very wonderful to read your beautiful thoughts here again and your lovely prose. I have been slightly distracted with the concert threads, so will make my way back to the After Hours thread soon, I hope. tinafea, thank you and to everyone else for your appreciation. I truly enjoyed helping out and thanks to you all for collating information in those threads. They will give us all endless pleasure for a long time. I didn't watch the full concerts before my shows, so getting to see all the other performances has been wonderful. Speaking of concerts, Q3, did you still want to continue with the 'best of' for your scrapbook? If you do, we were up to Another One Bites the Dust. I picked a performance without a call & response. My first pick is from Boston, taken from the front row. Wow, just wow and wow again. Fantastic performance, fantastic video, fantastic sound: Second pick is this great one from Mohegan Sun: In terms of photos, I can't find many really good pictures for this song. Here is one - but he is doing the call & response - perhaps someone else has one tucked away in their personal albums :

OK If we are doing AOBTD, here is one from the Forum taken from back of the stage. Adam was still prowling down the cat walk for call and response. I love this picture (even from a non narcissistic point of view)
