So who has heard the "new" Queen songs so far? The MJ duet is my least favorite. I really like it but the other two are sublime. Love Kills is wonderful. This band keeps going and surprising us! I can't get over it. I also knew they'd tour again but I honestly didn't expect any kind of announcement or mention this soon.

YAY!!!!! I feel like they've been inching towards this for ages - it will be great to find out dates. I'm hoping they will venture outside London - if they come to Birmingham, I know about 20 people that will get tickets based on curiosity from me going on about this so much. Are you in Birmingham? I never even registered you were in the UK before! i'm there next week to see James Taylor! (My first love....) I am! *waves* The Birmingham venue for Glamnation was at the end of my road - very handy! We've moved further out now to buy our house, but I still work in Birmingham. I can see the new Birmingham library from my desk.  |

I don't have nearly enough miles to amount to anything but I think if I don't do this I will have major regrets, probably for years. I know how I am, LOL. |

I will not be heading to the UK/Europe unfortunately so...send those vids!  I am glad to hear the tour is not over I haven't been able to listen to the broadcast and am at work....I nabbed all 3 songs on YT before they got taken down. I was able to listen to Let Me In Your Heart Again and Love Kills on the way to work. On break I plan to head back out to the car for TMBMTLTT Love Kills - I'm very impressed. I was a bit wary of how they would marry the "dance" vocal to the ballad arrangement but I must say it works very well. I LOVE hearing Freddie again. It's still a bit dancy in a way, I LOVE that they kept the high Freddie falsetto bit in the middle that wasn't used in the QAL version. Let Me In Your Heart Again. I admit, I didn't realize how emotional I'd get listening to it. It's a totally new Freddie vocal to me, the first time in forever I am hearing something from Freddie that I had never heard before. It sent shivers down my spine. The whole track is classic 80s Queen ballad. VERY VERY awesome. I love and miss that man so much. I haven;t listened yet but: Reportedly a non Orbit mix exists - Rog says it's not on the album but Brian said we may yet still hear it. The rest of the compilation is a nice compilation and a nice intro to QUeen's love songs that are (mostly) not greatest hits (a few do sneak in there). The description does say : So MAYBE we get some alternate takes...however I'm inclined to believe it's a poorly worded sentence and really it just is talking about Forever which is the piano version of Who Wants To Live Forever....a B-Side back in the day and has been on the A Kind Of Magic 1991 and 2011 reissues. But we'll see...BUT I can't help but be excited...more touring AND NEW Freddie tracks for me to digest. They will be on loop after work, I can tell you that much! |

WOW! WOW! WOW! What a week we are having!!!!    News EVERY day! And WHAT NEWS!!!! I was sure they'll tour EU/UK but I would've never thought they were so close to the announcement! WOW! CONGRATS to ALL of us!  What do you think this means for A3? Will they include a single? Does this mean the earliest for A3 tour is 2016? Can he do two different tours in one year? #greedyme  |
