Everybody should have VLC player on their computer. It's my go to place for everything that my computer won't automatically play. It's FREE and simple. I have zero tech skills, and simple and dependable is what I like and need. As good as the Youtube download is......the direct DL is a whole other ballgame....at least to me. It's crisp, sharp and the sound is even better. It's soooo good.  The MP4 file in question is again available for download from a different web link. You will need to copy and paste the link into your web browser address bar as the Atop site does not like links with "!" in the address. Or try the tinyURL link. The pilot episode of Glee was in May 2009, same time as Adam finishing up on Idol. So I'm guessing he must have auditioned for Glee in 2008. I think I remember in some interview, maybe with Ryan, that he said the Glee auditions were shortly before the Idol auditions (in 2008). Does that ring a bell for anyone else? Yes, 2008. He auditioned and got 2 callbacks. Adam auditioned for Glee before the first season even started, however, the casting director said he liked his voice, but thought he was too old to be in the show. He talked about it January 21, 2010 in an interview with Joy FM (Australia)-- I think that was the first time. He mentioned it in interviews several times since then including to Fox in 2013. "It's funny because I actually auditioned for the show years ago, before it started, which was before I was on Idol," Adam reveals in a Fox behind-the-scenes video. "And the casting director was like, 'Well, I love your voice, but I think you're too old to be in the show.' And so I didn't get it, and then Idol happened." |

And thanks! as a work of art this is beautiful; as a scientific production it's awe-inspiring! I'm wondering at what stage I'd like to get it printed and framed; I suspect know it will be an ever-changing picture :D My only, tiny, contribution is something I'm not really sure about but I'm know that some here will be able to confirm or refute: was not Adam's recording of 'Time for Miracles' as a current Idol participant some sort of first???? |
