Woooooot! My ticket to Cologne arrived today as well. These guys are FAST! And it's a real tickety ticket, one that you can hold! I'm terrified already that I'll lose it, or that the kids will destroy it, or that I will put it somewhere so safe and secret that I won't even know anymore where it is when I need it. But it is here and I am happy.  And now my dear husband, who couldn't make up his mind about what he wanted anymore (too expensive to go to London, too much hassle to travel, maybe not important enough to see Queen) decided that he maybe wanted to go after all. So I looked at Brussels. And for everyone who wants to try that: WARNING! If you push the button 'Order' on the first page, that's that. You will have bought your tickets right there. No 'are you sure?' or 'your seats are here, do you really want these?' But no, you get an email saying 'thank you for buying your tickets' and that's it. So I currently seem to have tickets for the Brussels show, and I have no idea where they are. I'm not going to pay for them yet, unless they can tell me a bit more, so they should annull the sale I think, but still it is very funny. I really (really!) bought tickets to a show with Adam by accident. Oh man, that is an AWESOME looking ticket! One that you keep in that special shoebox (or whatever) so you can look at and squee for time to come! That said, I'd be terrified of losing a paper ticket too. I'm a modern girl - whaddya mean I can't print out another copy??!!??!  |

In Toronto I had a printed copy with me, and two on my phone, and one on my iPad. And a bookmark to my online account just in case. As I recall, I had multiple printed copies for MSG. One in bag. One in jacket. One in jeans pocket. And then I worried that I might get pickpocketed and someone would use my ticket before I got to the venue! (Didn't care about losing the cash I was carrying, just that someone might purloin my extra printouts!) |
