Glamberts of course will recall that Queen + Adam came together when the iconic rockers agreed to back Adam during his days as a finalist on “American Idol.”
This past summer, the band and Adam rocked fans all over the globe, and in 2015 they’ll be hitting the farwaway shores of the UK with their pyrotechnics and classic Queen tunes.
But as they prep for taking the stage at the “X Factor,” both Adam and his fans are feeling the excitement grow to epic proportions.
Adam tweeted this to his fanbase yesterday morning: “London Calling!”
The official Queen Twitter page then had this to say: “REMINDER: @queenwillrock + @adamlambert LIVE on the X Factor TONIGHT on ITV1 from 8pm!”
The band also tweeted: “Also, just in…Queen Forever has shipped GOLD (Over 100,000 copies) here in the UK after just two weeks!”
Think the band and Adam are the only ones who are STOKED and PSYCHED for their “X Factor” performance?

Watch out London!
The ever fabulous Adam Lambert is heading to Blighty to perform an exclusive New Year’s Eve concert—and, oh boy, is he gonna ROCK your world!
The 32-year-old will be performing with Queen, and it’s all going to be broadcast on BBC One in a December 31st special, titled, Queen + Adam Lambert Rock Big Ben Live.
Given Lambert’s unique brand of showmanship, there’s bound to be plenty of on-stage fireworks, in addition to the yearly spectacular explosive display along the river Thames.
According to NME, last year’s concert—featuring Take That boy-bander, Gary Barlow—was watched by a whopping 14 million…. but, let’s face it, Lambert is going to run rings round him…..and we are predicting ratings gold.
The NYE spectacular will kick off Adam and Queen’s 10-date arena tour of Great Britain, starting with Newcastle on January 13, and concluding January 24, in Nottingham.
Tickets go on sale from midday on Tuesday December 2.

So I think maybe U2 have paid attention to the kerfuffle over Brian and Roger calling themselves Queen without Freddie and John. LOL. They are performing this evening in Times Square for World Aids Day and of course are without Bono as he was in a serious bike accident. They are billing themselves as "U2 Minus 1" and Bruce Springsteen and Chris Martin will take on the vocal duties. I had to laugh when I heard because I wonder if the Queen purists would have had any room to bitch if Brian and Rodger had billed themselves as Queen Minus 2 + Adam Lambert. I am so happy reading all of the tweets and people "discovering" Adam for the first time after last nights amazing performance.
Any idea when / if Adam is coming home - or do you think he will stay in the UK to rehearse etc. I'm thinking he'll be home for at lease a couple of weeks - thoughts anyone ?
