I totally for got to check in yesterday. I'm down about .6 lbs which I guess is something. This whole process has been very slow for me, I've lost a little over 20 lbs but it has taken me since last October to do it. Also m skin does not have the elasticity it had when I was young so I don't know how much more I really want to lose if I don't want to end up a mass of wrinkles.
I haven't really exercised since I got the pups........needles to say they keep me pretty busy. My goal for next week to exercise regularly.

Hi all, I have lost 4 lbs since surgery (its been almost 4 weeks) Laying around for the two weeks after didnt help. But I am feeling better and can exercise now. Hopefully, I will start making some progress. Jablea, love the earthclinic.com site you posted.

Sounds like everyone had a really great check in. I will be honest I didn't step on the scale this week. I had lots of good bye lunches and dinners at my job. Start the new job tomorrow and hoping to get back into a routine. I know I am probably up a few lbs but it should come off easily. On a good note I did go to buy a new pair of jeans on the weekend and I am down 2 sizes - so that counts for something - right ??

Wednesday - Check in DayEverybody practice their dance moves so we are in shape for next week No change for me. It's the only day of the week that I haven't been different from last week but I'm consistent on a Wednesday lol. nocturnal - earthclinic is interesting isn't it. I found some things that it's not very helpful for but I love to see what people have tried. csimms4 - I am in love with stretch fabric

Completely forgot to check in last week as we were getting new carpet in half of the house, so the other half was full of furniture and stuff. So I was a little distracted and have not been doing well, as I'm up again. Ugh! One of these days I'll have that break through moment that allowed me to lose all the weight last year, so I'm just going to keep working away at it. Wishing everyone better results than me this week!
And yes, down 2 sizes is GOOD Csimms4! Saw your photo of the new job, looks pretty AFL friendly! Hard to believe we'll be squeeeeeeing this time next week, FINALLY!

Oh well, I actually broke even this week which isn't too bad because I definitely over-ate yesterday. Better exercise a little more.

Finally, some spring like weather...........I made a point of going for long walks this past week and it felt so good. I'm down another pound so that makes me happy and I had to go shopping for new pants.
All in all a good week now I just have to keep it up!
