Still Wednesday here on the west coast, so I'm still in time to check in. Still working my way through yesterday's video release thread so trying to catch up!
Down 1.8 lbs. this week, which is good. Unfortunately I haven't been able to walk all week, 'cause I banged my foot on the tile edge around the bathtub and it's quite sore. I'm such a klutz sometimes! Hardly any bruising so I'm sure nothing is broken, but when I tried to go for a walk on Monday I didn't make it very far and had to turn back because it was just too sore to walk. So I'm giving it a few more days before I try again. Actually missing my walks, especially now that it's a little bit warmer early in the morning.

I've missed a couple of Wednesdays and I'm down about a pound since I last checked in. Life is just too busy....with my mom, two new pups, and trying to stay up dated on Adam news. I need to find the time to exercise and then I should hit my target weight very soon.
Finally experiencing some nice weather here in Toronto........so the garden is beckoning and I can enjoy a nice long walk on a beautiful day.

Fortunately I'm back to walking again, but up .2 lbs this week, so essentially the same as last week. I guess I have to cut down on certain things more than I am. Hope you are all hanging in there!

What an exciting week for Adam! Unfortunately I spent much of it in front of the computer. Slacked off on exercising and weight bounced around some, but managed to stay the same as last week! Back to the gym ASAP!!!!!

Oh you guys are so good remembering. I remembered to weigh just got carried away in the numbers. So continuing with the no change meme. Like ya'all once we get that vid to a million maybe I'll get away from the computer 'cause my wrists are killing me.

I am up a pound but my schedule has been weird this week because the van has been in and out of the shop.

Good on you Stardust for getting back on track, after a tough week! I don't know if eating certain things trigger an eating binge, other than I know if I start on chocolate I have a hard time not pigging out. So I've found that I have to stay away from it all together to stick to my eating plan. Chocolate is definitely my biggest challenge! And I had a couple of bad days at the beginning of this last week, but somehow I lost 4.8 lbs this week, which is way more than I expected or have ever lost in a week. I know it can be a fluctuating thing, only weigh myself once a week, but was very surprised. Did have an extra hour's walk/hike yesterday, but still. Not that I'm complaining, at all, and I did notice the loss with the lesser tightness on my jeans!
Hope everyone is managing to stay the course what with all the Adam excitement lately! Adam has obviously managed over these last few years to take charge of his diet and fitness, so that should be an inspiration to us, right?!!

I'm on the upswing of my yo-yo. I seem to be bouncing between 127 & 130 with great regularity.

Speaking of chocolate, it's been great and not so great to have discovered Nutella in the last few years, sigh. I'm up 1 from my starting weight. Maintenance is good but my willpower is nada. I think it would be so much easier without family to contend with too because if food is cooked already who am I to waste it. le sigh Meanwhile the hubby is losing without trying much and for the first time in our 20+ years I'm going to weigh more than him. tre sigh
On the plus sign, my bloodwork keeps getting better every few years when I have it checked.
