Please forgive me - I have been avoiding this thread .......... Between my husbands and then my birthday celebrations I have been off the wagon. I haven't stepped on the scale - I'm to afraid - but I will next week - I really have to get back in the swing of things - I feel lousy because I have been eating lousy

yay! stardust. This was a bad week for me and not so much my doing. lol, blaming it on the hubby for his shopping, plus my mom's birthday. Onward.

Well my scale seems to be wonky, only about 2 years since I bought it, because after losing 4.8 lbs one week, I was back up 5.2 lbs the following week, so things just did not seem right. This week it shows a loss of 1.2 lbs which seems more reasonable. My clothes are telling me I am losing so that at least works for me. Harder to get my walks in as I'm now getting really busy with work. Bought a treadclimber but have had it for almost 2 months and it is still not working even though they've three times send me a replacement part. Getting pretty frustrated with the whole thing, but the idea is that when I have a little time I can walk. When I'm busy with work, I cannot walk early in the morning, and later in the day even if I do have time, it'll be too warm for me. Overall, my mood is pretty frustrated!

Yeah for looser clothes fiercelier. That's always a great scale to use.
lol at my chickens, my mean ones are still behind bars, chappy really made it look just like the real thing. Oh, the shape up thread. I'm still using my 20 year old scale so it's whole pounds only for me and this week it didn't move any. I have a new incentive I'm trying out this week. If it works I'll let ya know.
I worked on a treadclimber a bit when I was working out with a coach last year, interesting devices. Your issues reminds me of every treadmill we tried in the early days. I still love my recumbent bike, not a lick of trouble.

Jablea, your chickens are hypnotic! Might check and see if batteries need changing. I also find that my scale can get weird if it gets dust until its feet. I forgot to weigh-in this morning, so will have to check in tomorrow. I love those evil chickens. They crack me up!! :D

Well, I weighed in and I'm exactly the same as last week, which unfortunately isn't really a good thing since I was down 2 lbs two days ago. Still struggling with binge eating. Some days are worse that others. I seem to have essentially plateaued for the last month!! UGH!!!

The entire month of May was a bust for me. Ended up almost 4 lbs up from the end of April. Been having too much Donut King and not enough walking. Hey that rhymes.

Unfortunately I'm having the same problem. Yo-yoing all over the place and am up almost 2 lbs this week. Fell and hurt my knee and hip and not going to the gym for a while. That doesn't help. It's a struggle!!!
