If his album comes in May or later then all the songs are over a year old. How can it be current if the songs are all so old? Because he is always at least a year ahead of the curve. And as long as the songs are "Adam" it shouldn't matter. Shady would be perfect right now! This makes sense. And all the other comments as well. Thank you. (The delay just makes me nervous.) He'll own 2015! |

I just don't get it---I'm sitting here all alone at my computer in San Diego, getting more excited by the minute---and yet ...here in beautiful ADAMTOPIA LAND, I feel like I'm surrounded by the joy and sheer jubilance of all of you as we await this magical night--a culmination of all we have hoped and dreamed for our precious Adam.Yes, I know it's his dream and his alone, but who says there's a limit to love and dreams and all things wondrous? They can only be enhanced when shared-and Adam has opened his heart and soul to all of us and readily shares his gifts.
So, I thank you all for being here with me-and letting me share this joy with all of you. And, a special thank you to Momtomany for your exquisite words that seem to flow from your heart "like wings from a butterfly!"

You know what we do is a BIT surreal. I drove through Texas back roads to a casino in Oklahoma. O k l a h o m a for heavens sake , to see Adam last year. this year I'm sitting at a computer to watch a concert an ocean away and just as excited as I was last year when I saw him live. Also don't forget Christmas afternoon when we listened to 3, count them 3, hours of a German variety show where we didn't understand what was being said. Every time I hear his voice i can't believe what I am hearing. This year we have, what 3 months of Queen plus Adam, then era 3, then him touring.
Also Oklahoma last year, this year a broadcast that will be seen world wide. Whatever will happen in 2015

Either we are both normal or abnormal together! I always get nervous but then I get nervous for Olympic skaters that I like, for a tennis match when I am routing for someone. But I especially get nervous for Adam live. I think it is left over from AMA, Divas etc. I need a shrink!
 Sorry to be late for my session...okay, do some deep breathing and reeeellllaaaxxxxx, it will be okay! I get the same way for some events, but strangely not for Adam--probably because he is such a pro, as are Roger and Brian & the crew. My favorite breathing exercise (that I teach people all the time) is to breathe in for 4 counts and then breathe out for 8. So when you are breathing in, 1...2...3...4... and then when you breathe out 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8... it's really simple and does relax you. Drinking helps, too...but I won't go there! |

Granduchesspf how nice you get to experience two NYEs with Adam singing. The conversation moved on but wondering if Adam's tweet about straight male singers was also referencing Hozier? Am way behind since the song is a huge hit and he's already been on SNL etc. Anyway, video link below. He's Irish, 24, and 6'5". A good New Year's to all.
