Adam Lambert topped the list of Google's trending searches in the UK following a high-profile concert with Queen. The band performed a live gig in London that was broadcast on BBC One on Wednesday (December 31) for the network's New Year's celebrations. It seems vocal powerhouse Lambert has piqued the interest of the UK public, with the US star topping Google's trending searches list. At the time of writing (January 1), Lambert had over 200,000 searches on the website.
