Queen + Adam Lambert wow at London New Year’s show

Queen + Adam Lambert saw in 2015 by blowing the socks off the UK with an electric New Year’s Eve performance live from London.Seen by more than 12 million viewers in the UK, the performance saw Adam take on the lead vocals for some of Queen’s greatest hits including The Show Must Go On, We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions and many more. The performance was met with universal acclaim and saw Adam trending at number 2 on Twitter throughout the performance. Following the performance ‘Adam Lambert’ was the most searched for term on Google UK for 24 hours. The performance comes ahead of Queen + Adam Lambert’s UK shows later this month and has definitely boosted the former American Idol star’s profile here in the UK.

ATOP! I am back from vacation! Oh, how I've missed my dear internet during these exciting times...let me just give my computer a hug.  Other than that, I had an awesome time. I will now continue the good times by going on a huge media binge that will probably last the rest of the day today. And most of tomorrow, as well. Thank god it's Saturday morning. So yeah, not much to add here, just wanted to say that I'm back and ready to look at two whole weeks worth of Adam goodies. |
