Oohh! Never been to Hawaii *contemplating* I'm a redhead & have Adam's coloring! Freckles and all! (though strangely, none on my face - on arms, like Adam!) As such, I tend to "hide" from the Sun! It's not my "friend" sadly! When I was younger I asked my Dad why we didn't have freckles on our faces (he's a redhead, too - Mom's blond) and he says he shaves his off! That statement actually confused me for several years! I was a little girl - I didn't shave!!! ;D Don't worry, if you come to Hawaii you do't have to bake in the sun. Just bring good sunscreen. I, myself, hate the sun. And the beach. And sand. I mean, I'll go to the beach if I can sit in the shade. I love the ocean as long as I'm not in it. I'll drown. vivlite, good idea. I'll just ask Adam. : , you hate the sun, the beach, the sand, the water and you live in Hawaii?? Wanna trade places?? Guarantee you, in the Pacific Northwest you don't have to worry about these things and I am only looking out for your well-being. LOL ;D |

Mika, aren't you saving 'EAT THE CUPCAKE' for meetings or are you now an equal opportunity cupcake eater???  It is moveable feast. I've decided "EAT THE CUPCAKE" can be an exhortation of almost any kind. Either "STFU AND DO IT!" for the 3rd hr of the same discussion or, in this case, a celebratory, "PARTY HARD, GRRL!" Or even for encouraging others, "YOU CAN DO IT! EAT THE FUCKING CUPCAKE!!!!" See - It's the best phrase ever. Nothing wrong with being an equal opportunist, Mika, nothing at all! Also great for the cupcake business..LOL ETA: And with visions of cupcakes dancing in my head, it is WAY past time to go to bed. Nite all!  |

I can't go to sleep till I know everything is alright with Adam. Is something wrong?! What did I miss? :-/ K - guys! Now I know what PastaBaby was talking about ~ adamlambert Adam Lambert Arg mercury is heavy duty retrograde. I feel this is just a comment - nothing more! Don't read into it! I truly think he is strong and relies upon himself, his right choices & his network of wonderfully devoted family/friends for charting/guiding his direction in his life and career! I don't think that "Arg mercury is heavy duty retrograde." is a reason to PANIC!!! or to think things aren't going well! JS :-/ |

Since the thread runneth over with love for Atop, I'd like to share a short story. I somehow found PF when I began following Adam and was a dedicated lurker. I, too, was shocked when it went poof. My life had gone to hell at the same time and I felt adrift. It took me awhile to find Atop. I stumbled onto MJ's and kept hearing about this Atop place. One day I decided to check it out and here YOU ALL WERE! I cried, literally. And I was a lurker, for Pete sakes. I saw familiar names and personalities, jumped up and down like a ninny, and started lurking again. One day I decided to post. I did not want to be an outsider anymore. I wanted a voice that could express all the gratitude I felt for the days and nights you all kept me company and continue to do so. I wanted to laugh and cry with you. To share all things Adam and to be part of a community. You welcomed me with open arms. I my world I see whatever I am creating at a particular moment is my reality, therefore, Atop is real to me. Each person who posts here is real. The name you post is your name..whatever birthday you choose is yours. I don't differentiate. I take what you say on Atop as your truth on this board. Whatever you do outside of here is yours. We share aspects of ourselves as we see fit. I speak this because I want you to know from one person's world, what a difference all of you make. I am tickled beyond words I found you all again and that Q3 has made Atop this haven, this oasis. Never doubt that each post appearing here is being read by someone, somewhere. As that dedicated lurker, I can assure you your reach is wide. All Adam sites bring recognition to Adam and support him. For longevity, he will need support from many avenues. People are attracted to different boards for different reasons. They all have value. For me, Atop is home and 'there's no place like home'.. |

Very slow day...awfully quiet on the AFL front...is he hiding in the shadows someplace east of LA?  Maybe where there are bright lights, all night?  He seems to be where Mercury is degrading... or something... |

As NoAngel said, "home is where the heart is" - and this is where our hearts are. Thanks to Q3 and to all the wonderful inhabitants of this community. You constantly inspire, entertain, challenge, teach, and open my eyes. Met so many wonderful people through PF - and for that, I am thankful to Rowe. I only have good wishes for her. Wrong time frame, as usual, but ITA with THIS ^^^^^^ |
