Appears the reviewer got a bit confused: Following ‘Lap Of The Gods’ and ‘Seven Seas Of Rhye’ came the moment when Lamberts charismatic performance really came into its own. With a thrown waiting at the front of the stage, he returned wearing a crown and a cape for the fantastic ‘Killer Queen’. But the last paragraph was good: No doubt it was a difficult decision for Queen to go on the road again with a new frontman. But it was never about replacing Freddie, it was about celebrating him and finding someone who could remind fans of his special talent. They’ve found the perfect person to do this. Last night was a great show, a great night and a great celebration of Freddie. |
