Thrilling concert! Manchester took it to Church!!!
Thank you flowerpot and nanny2boys for your recaps! Now I get it. Sitting here at the computer, so far away from the spotlight, every bit of information, every note and every video is food for the soul and heart.

LOL! I ran home today to see the last part of the concert and haven't even eaten yet! A new floor lamp I purchased and was impatiently waiting to come arrived yesterday and I haven't even opened the box yet to look at it or to put it together....Adam Priorities of course! So guess I better eat and put this lamp together!LOL BBL!

Fantastic, epic night for me and my son who attended with me. I read some of the pages on this thread quickly and can tell you that the tweets from Ginge @iconic pop star or some such are from that son! I can tell from what he had written and the sense of humour in them that I recognise. Will confirm that with him tomorrow as am not on Twitter. He has always liked Adams music so that was the main draw for him. Said prior to gig he would marry him for his money when Adam. asks and so he would get free singing around their luxury mansion. But that was all. After? He loves him, thinks he is sex on legs and a great sense of humour. Wants the plaid pants and sparkly mosaic vest. Full recap tomorrow as totally shattered now. Is 1.30 am here and not long got home. Traffic congestion horrendous in and out of Arena. Crowd LOVED Adam. Standing O for the new boy. YAY!!! So wonderful you got to go with your son!!  |

That little Adam-Brian one-minute improv at the beginning of I Want it All is the BEST THING EVAH!!!!I want an entire concert of the two of them sitting on stools doing improv. I want an entire album of the two of them jamming together. I want MORE!!! |

Also, I just want to say that Erotic Sludge's camera work (save the digital zoom close-ups) is truly fantastic. Some of the best fan footage of the entire tour, right up there with TALC. I love the diagonal shots as well as the pans around the audience and stage. It gave the footage a very dynamic look. The camera was rarely lost focus as well. I unfortunately don't think we'll be getting the entire concert (due to the fact that he/she only posted bits and pieces from every other concert on the channel) but I'm extremely happy with what we do have. Good thing lots of other videographers were present to take care of the rest! |
