I wanted to add my two cents. I've been in LA for the last 7 weeks working with lots and lots of people. Pretty much everyone knows Adam now and it is all in a very good way. I no longer wait for the raised eyebrow when I mention his name. There is no more AMA shit, no more AI references unless it is an explanation to an uninitiated cretin. Then it might be "that glam kid from AI" but I never heard it said in a disrespectful way. There is a lot of anticipation about his next album but in a very positive way not in a way where anyone is expecting him to fail or hoping he does. As always it is about the almighty dollar, but Adam's career (and how nice that it is the same with his personal life) seems to be right on track. There appears to be more need for Adam to be in competition with Bieber and B Spears from his fans than from people in the industry. His newly acquired toned down persona makes many feel more comfortable and now when he does glam it up they see it as performance art or a young buck being out on the town not as who he is as a real person. The Grammy nod was huge in this regard. All in all, no matter what happens with #2 and I think it will be great, Adam has a career that will keep growing and improving. With that voice there is no other possibility. Adam may not NEED the super superstardom that many of his fans need to feel that he has arrived. I could be wrong, but being a star, meeting people he has admired, working with people he considers talented, receiving props for his charity work, getting invited to places he would like to be, and knowing it is his voice that has gotten him here rather than some tricky PR moves engenders a quiet confidence that is a very good look on him. Thanks, keyboard. Great to know that Adam is accepted and that people are focusing on his music and his "star qualities".... everything that he has done has helped put him where he is and where he is going. And I still believe he will be a superstar. His voice and his "quiet confidence" will help get him there.

Thank you so much for sharing your information; makes me so happy for Adam. Thank you keyboard. Its great to know that the industry respects him. This is the most important thing to me not the superstardom.

Thanks, keyboard. I think you are right. I believe Adam wants to be a Rock Star! but he may not want to be a Super Duper Mega Star. It's his choice!(Hopefully, not RCA's)

LOVED this, Keyboard...it made me feel so good for Adam, especially the last sentence!!

it was up over 57% when i voted. and yes don't discount fan groups voting against Adam. Well let's rally the FIERCE TWITTER FORCES for this one! Can't let someone beat BB! Let em know were still here. Seriously though, I tweeted and if we all sent out one to the masses... GAME ON.
