Brian has such a distinctive sound. the little I know about guitar playing this has to be incredible difficult and it is so beautiful. I do admit it took me a while to appreciate it, perhaps because it is so different. Now I love it! This reminds me of an article that was referred to here some while ago (sorry, I don't remember who ) www.queenonline.com/en/news-archive/steve-vai-on-brian-may/It's a lovely story and the final line sums it up beautifully for me: "He's a class act from head to toe, and it shows in his playing. I can listen to any player and pantomime their sound, but I can't do Brian May. He's just walking on higher ground."
Yes, Brian is a GENIUS! What can you say! I think he is as unique as Freddie and Adam and maybe Roger too.

Radio GaGa It's almost over. I want to SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! Love the audience clapping! We can only hope that riddle is there - then we'll see FAST. I do not know if this was answered yet, but Riddle sat next to me in Manchester and said that was her last concert. It is possible that her plans changed.

Ok, ok, ok, ok. I solemnly promise to listen to each and every note Adam sings from now on. I missed the first half of today's concert, so I am starting with the playback of todt05's stream. Isn't it marvelous how his voice soars up and over all the other instruments and the entire arena? Very distinct sound. Very real and present.
LOL.. but we "secretly" know it now cassie
How did you go to play back on Mixlr? I was trying to play back for the Birmingham I don't know where to go
to listen to recorded stream go to streamers "show-reel" mixlr.com/todt05/showreel/they have to publish it first (ie save). today's is not available yet, here is yesterdays

I normally don't listen to the call and response recently. Have they been doing the acceleration of tempo or was this new? And, is this the song that Rufus plays on, or was that Roger increasing the speed? Roger plays drums on "Gimme Some Love", Rufus is on percussion. Adam has been changing it up -- and he is the one running this song. Manchester was also fast and Adam is the one who sped that up. Leeds was my favorite so far -- the audience was great. London #2 they did a funky version and Adam got Bri to play funk lead guitar. Rufus plays the drums on "Tie Your Mother Down".
