Adam is soooo good at having fun, supporting his friends, and taking care of himself. Since Adam himself has said he doesn't enjoy exercise, he creates a situation with a trainer on hand so he will not just exercise, but push himself. I think we have Sauli to thank for Adam having a new lease on the value of keeping fit. I think that just like listening to all types of music is "his job," so keeping himself fit is now part of his job as well. How nice Adam is mature enough to take full advantage of his big opportunities and provide us with such Ah-mazing entertainment.
