Gah, am I the only one who loathes this picture? There are so many awesome ones and this one is just (IMO) stupid and dorky-looking. Yes, yes. YMMV.

Why is @mmadamimadam thinking that? the domain adamlambert.com is for sale since a very long time and nobody has snatched it up, neither in the past RCA, nor now WBR, nor DMG. Not sure, why not. Maybe, once you go through with trying to purchase it, somebody owns it and has put a ridiculous asking price on it, but anyhow, if WBR or even more likely, Adam's management had any interest in using the domain, they would have bought it by now. Also, WBR has linked its picture over to adamofficial.com some time today, so I don't think the above statement about Era3 is true. It is clearly someone cyber squatting on the site: www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=adamlambert.comIf Adam's management wanted to get it there are anti-squatter laws that they can use to get control of it but in today's domain landscape it is hardly worth the effort. Adam is very active on social media and can easily put links to his site up - his fans will find it... If he does want to fight it he can do the following: What You Can Do to Fight a Cybersquatter
A victim of cybersquatting in the United States has two options:
sue under the provisions of the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA), or use an international arbitration system created by the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Trademark experts consider the ICANN arbitration system to be faster and less expensive than suing under the ACPA, and the procedure does not require an attorney. Using the ICANN Procedure
In 1999, ICANN adopted and began implementing the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDNDRP), a policy for resolution of domain name disputes. This international policy results in an arbitration of the dispute, not litigation. An action can be brought by any person who complains (referred to by ICANN as the "complainant") that:
a domain name is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which the complainant has rights the domain name owner has no rights or legitimate interests in the domain name, and the domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.
All of these elements must be established in order for the complainant to prevail. If the complainant prevails, the domain name will be canceled or transferred to the complainant. However, financial remedies are not available under the UDNDRP. Information about initiating a complaint is provided at the ICANN website.More at: www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/cybersquatting-what-what-can-be-29778.htmlAnd there in ends today's lesson #carryon

They had AdamLambert.com on there for the first several hours and people thought that meant a new website.

Okay, does anyone have a program from the NA QAL tour they would sell me? I waited too long and now I can't find one on the official merchandise stores on-line. I really want one. I guess if all else fails I can just buy one from the European leg of the tour, but I really wanted the one from the tour I actually got to see.

I had to switch back to my old avi. The new one is stunning, but there are several other folks who have a similar looking shot for their avis, so I get confused. This one is more distinctive, and still shows his total immersion in the music. now I know it's you straightaway! Flove this avi!
