Pretty sure they did not have the extra cameras needed for a DVD at MSG. So far, Sydney & one O2 show. They have the soundboard sound separated, 9 cameras from every concert and 6 robot cameras for every concert on this tour. Plus they are taking BTS video at every show. In other words, they have a lot of video from every concert. >> I think they have enough to release every single concert on DVD. The whole enterprise is impressive and shockingly well documented. They have the full camera crew for Sydney so that is clearly planned as a base concert -- but a lot of the effort was BTS (the video of the set takedown and setup for example) and audience disclosure/filming. So unless they make another announcement in the EU, the audience cutaways will be from Sydney. Interesting.... so by "disclosure", you mean that they have to advise the audience that they may be filmed? I hadn't realized that this would apply to a concert.

I'm not sure we have this person's vid. We don't have this one. It's really up close of Adam in the audience...good vid! And he talks to the audience after the song! Don't miss this vid!

Just noticed that after he makes his beautiful people and the women too comment, he makes a "that went right over their heads" gesture at 4:27.

WOW, this is a GOOD one! --------------------------- Pop, Bombast and SexualityQueen played in Berlin, the arena flipped out from pleasureThe gigantic shadow of Brian May, the curtain is still down. The mighty loud riff of "One Vision", a couple of accords for eternity. This is how it began. Is this art, or is it church service? Queen, the band whose singer Freddie Mercury died from AIDS in 1991, are vagabonds when it comes to pop, bombast and sexuality. With this band there is no bad sound - when Brian May starts shredding, it always sounds clinically clean, and still there is something there that should be better covered with a parental guidance warning. May, whose curls now play in white, immersed the Berlin O2-World on Wednesday into a rigorous bubble of accords. It worked like an Aspirin. When May puts his hand down, one stops feeling pain. But who was that next to May? There was a jumping talented god, at least it felt that way. His name is Adam Lambert, he is 33, he has been replacing Freddie Mercury in Queen for over two years - but how would that work, replacing him? Could one replace John Lennon? Or Mick Jagger? No, one cannot. And still the boy Lambert triumphs on this night with his high heels and well-gelled cheerfulness. He has the repertoire of Freddie Mercury roles in his blood, from the tottering upset housewife to the vamp that gets anyone who does not put his gun away on three into his bed. And it should be men. This guy was a loss to the world of women. "Another One Bites The Dust", the most sold Queen single to date, comes quickly. Many early songs, especially the campy ones, turn out amazing: "Killer Queen", "Fat Bottomed Girls". It is possible the band has never had such a good voice as with this Adam Lambert. Queen toured for a while with Paul Rodgers, but that was more fun between grown gentlemen. Lambert spurs the old heroes May and Roger Taylor (on the drums), they want to prove themselves again - Taylor drums as if he has to beat a dog badly, before he gets accepted by the band. Seen like that, Lambert is a new, beneficial motor. Even when the good voice cannot be the main argument. Jagger, Dylan and Neil Young sing by accademic standards rather thin, but they still shine. But Lambert, who was discovered in a US casting show, has a sensibility for the heritage that he takes over. You may not hold back when you step into the shoes of Freddie Mercury, you got to kick people's ass. He does this and smiles quickly, he finds a way between the old, very spread-legged Freddie gesture and the very vain Adam-sway. The Queen songs were even bigger and more artificial than Freddie. This is why they still sound honest from Lambert's lips. As encore "We Will Rock You" and "We Are The Champions". The nearly sold out arena flipped out from pleasure.
