True, it seems he's not feeling well. But not climbing the stairs might have another reason too. From the pics before the start it looked like the stairs were leading to nowhere, no people there, just an empty space, seats started further away. It would be a bit funny reaching out and singing to the side of the stage which in this case would be a high wall. Perhaps they were put there as part of the stage construction and left up to the performers if they were going to use them.

Not sure what type of leeway theyw ould have to reschedule a show. With everything leading up to Adam's preparation for single and album release they would have to do a rescheduled show right away. Not sure that would fit with existing schedule. If it was canceled, it might not be rescheduled and all those fans would miss out. Total professional "The Show Must Go On"

ohhh....hope he gets well ASAP! must be really bad - this is the first major "omission" in the history of Adam's tours as we know .... Me too. Seems like he must be very ill to drop a song and make these vocal changes. Also, just based on the live streams, they adjusted the sound mix to make the back-up vocals louder tonight. |

Total professional "The Show Must Go On" Artists do reschedule shows but they really try to avoid it. I know that Adam has never missed a concert post Idol, but I do not believe he has ever missed a performance -- including when he was in Wicked and Hair etc. ETA: And he has performed when he was sick before. He even managed to keep doing the Idol Tour when he had vocal stress issues. |
