Awww....do we have any AToppers who were going to this concert? I feel so sorry for those for whom it might their one and only show. ....but can you imagine how stressful it must be for Adam, Brian and Roger? Bad enough being sick, but worrying about disappointing thousands of people must be awful. Hopefully he's back to form for Tuesday.

Looking at their schedule, I think a Feb 23rd reschedule is entirely possible. They would have to ship the set from Krakow to London anyway, so sending it to Brussels is no big deal. Then Brussels to London only 226 miles thru the tunnel. I have no idea if the venue is free the 23 rd though. Poor baby! He has to be devastated!

Our nic42 was to go to this show....boohoo. Not sure about any more Atoppers.
Guess Adam is human afterall. Hope he's able to rest and heal. Tues in Milan is only 2 days away. I'm sure the doctors are tending to him as best they can. Steriods can help you function temporarily, but sometimes you just need time and rest.

8th February 2015 Press Release: Queen + Adam Lambert Forced to Cancel Brussels Concert
Queen and Adam Lambert have this afternoon reluctantly been forced to announce the cancellation of their sold out Brussels concert scheduled to take place tonight, Sunday February 8 at Palais 12, Brussels.
The cancellation comes after doctors in Frankfurt, where Queen + Adam Lambert performed last night, this morning diagnosed Adam with severe bronchitis and have ordered 24 hour vocal and bed rest.
Unfortunately, due to unavailability of the venue, it not going to be possible to reschedule the show.
It is not expected that the rest of the Queen + Adam Lambert tour which ends in the UK February 27 will be affected.

It must be a collection all of things going on that make him really sick this time. He was tired and even though he has his personal trainer to keep him fit but sometimes you don't know how things work with your body. And the weather is not helping him. Maybe he will stop going to the audience and touching them. I love it when he goes to the audience, but who knows if one of them got cold or flu at the time and because of their dedication still went to the concert to see their favorite rock band or singer.
I used to be able to say that I don't get cold easily, since all my co-worker kept getting the cold or flu and it just passed my cubicle. Until one time one of the people on the field got really sick with the cold/flu and still working on some paperwork. And that same paperwork was ended up on my desk and the next I remember I got the same thing for 2weeks. Yikes!
Get Well Soon Adam!!

Yikes, bronchitis is nothing to fool around with. I am wondering how he could possibly be well enough to play Milan on Tuesday.
So disappointing that Brussels can't be rescheduled. Are there any venues fairly close that might possibly work as a substitute?

Well hopefully Adam will recoup quickly. Think I'll go back to bed. BBL. Sending Adam lots of light, love, and 'positive energy'!
