So are any of these dancers actually Sia? No Sia was standing in the left corner with her back to the audience.

Random comments: —pssshhhht I don't think I've ever not enjoyed a Rihanna performance on these things. I find her eminently watchable. #navybean (or whatever they call themselves). Also, nice suit. —I don't know if Taylor Swift's preternatural comfort at and obvious enjoyment of these events charms me or scares me (probs a bit of both), but it's really something —For whatever reason, Sam Smith always sounds to me like someone pretending to be singing in the shower. Does that make any sense? You know, contorting your mouth/throat/tongue/whatever to create that fake-resonance thing? No? Just me? On the other hand, the Heinz comparison makes me like the suit more And now when I see him I kinda want fries (who'm I kidding, I always kinda want fries) —props to the Grammy's for at least really packing this thing chock-full of performances. It's kind of an impressive feat to have almost completely eliminated the awards from an awards show —#morejuanes ETA: is that Kristin Wiig as Sia, or am I see things? LMAO I always want fries too. I feel one cannot find good fries anymore. You know really good plate of truck stop or diner fries? It's like i still eat them but now they're still bad for me and NOT tasty. It's like i'm eating them out of nostalgia and that can't be good. <sigh>

Duuuuuuuudes that WAS Kristin Wiig--I just googled it! How random! Also, totally spot on about the LA audience and Juanes, Mika. And I'm glad you're pro-Taylor .

I like Sam Smith's singing. I won't buy his music though. It's on the radio often enough to get tired of it. Some of these overplayed songs drive me nuts after awhile even though I like some of them. I want to scream every time Adele gets played. Used to like those songs alright.

And Shia L. - that was comedy gold

Chandelier is a much better song than anything that has been touted tonight. WAY better than stay with me, happy, etc. etc.

OH who cares Katy looked hot per usual haha. Diddn't really bother me what she sounded like. Don't think it mattered. She looked good, she conveyed emotion. Its the whole package. Thought the country numbers were dull though. As was SS performance. Really? I think singing in tune is one of the few things that a good live performance should have. I didn't like the AC/DC singer at all, but he sang in tune. (Not a fan of shouty rock singers.)
