I think that's an excellent video. Wonder why it would be pulled? The video was supposedly “automatically removed” due to flags. Although some theorize it’s a homophobic backlash from the public, other suggest perhaps Apple is afraid of turning off anti-gay consumers and pulling it themselves. One thing is for sure, somebody (actually, a lot of somebodies) doesn’t want it seen. What do you think? Is homophobia still so present that viewers could ban a pro gay video from You Tube? If you go to You Tube and do a search for It Gets Better videos, there are a bunch of them, including ones from the employees of Pixar (I love that one), Facebook, and Google. this is just cracking me up.. My kids had this toy and just last year we tossed them or gave them to the neighbor kids maybe.. I just tweeted the link to this to Adam. I really hope he sees it. Chunkey, you are a genius!!! |

With the Goatee and the rings and the chain he looks a bit like the love child of Tom Selleck and Elvis... (yes selleck has been known to sport a goatee: www.exposay.com/tom-selleck-31st-annual-peoples-choice-awards/p/3720/1/?f=Tom+Selleck) There is a slightly throwback quality to this look that I really like. I think some are finding the juxtaposition of the manly facial hair with eye makeup a bit hard to reconcile... personally I love me a good paradox. |

[ I like your passion. And the remark is definitely tasteless and hateful. The world would be such a better place with more people like you who are outraged by it than people who find such 'humor' amusing. I just think it's all part of baiting. Of course, pjd is right - there is history there that makes it even more hateful to fling such a term at a gay man, but so long as such sites remain obscure, I'd like to help them stay that way.
