Wild guesses with lot's of assumptions: 61 scheduled concerts, with the thought that Adam may be contracted at a set rate with a bonus kicking in above a certain number of butt in seats sales: set rate of $150,000 per show. $ 9,150,000 set rate of $200,000 per show. $12,200,000 those rates do not sound unreasonable to me considering what he has historically commanded, they may even be too low.
I'll take this number, especially he doesn't have the expenses. Well maybe commission to his management, etc.

Adam has never opened for another act during his first six years in the business, and I don't expect that to change now. He has also sold out arena shows on his own in the past. During the WAG tour there were two sold out arenas in South Africa and one in Finland. There were also smaller arena shows in Russia and possibly one other EU country that ICR at the moment.... and three sold out Tokyo dates. And there were a number of larger shows (I recall two sold out 8500 seats at the same Cali venue and many others) during the GNT. I had a link to a GNT spreadsheet on my old computer. Anyone got that? That venue was the Orange County Fair!!!

I have watched this video so many times, that if it was a VHS-videocasette, it would have tapejam by now...
starting 2:00 forward you can only hear Adam's voice. You can't hear NIL or even the background singers voice, only Adam's voice.
You hear enough of Kris, imo, certainly enough to know that he is totally off at 2:42, gets then the signal from Adam to adjust his pitch (right hand thumbs up - hidden by fog) and at 2:45 you see Adam blink to signal to Kris that he has finally arrived at the right key for 'world'. Adam is totally doing double duty, singing his own part and helping Kris through his. And before that, there are also a few spots, where you can hear Kris being flat. So, tbh, I am glad that I am not hearing more. I agree that the background singers were tuned out. Based on what I saw at X-factor in UK, it seems to be significantly harder to do these background harmonies on Queen songs than we or at least I realize. They are tightly written and I guess it is hard to get them right. Btw, we usually comment on Adam's shenanigans during STL, because there is so much going on with him, but besides that, I love to watch how the build up on these harmonies to ...find me somebody to love...find me sb to love...flows. Every one of these band members needs to come in with their part to make it sound right, and you immediately notice when one person is off. i.e. in the NY concert in London, one of them was off, and you see Roger react surprised that somebody messed up and then they just keep going, of course, and everything is fine. This is live music for you, something delightful that you do not get often anymore in this day and age. But it is rare that they are out of sync or that somebody messes up. Normally they go through this sequence perfectly fine, each contributing their part, and Adam can take a break and watch, because at this point he is done with his part. I love that moment during the song. Love it every night, and will miss it, when the tour ends.

I had a link to a GNT spreadsheet on my old computer. Anyone got that? That venue was the Orange County Fair!!! Actually, the spreadsheet lists those two 8500 seat concerts as Pacific Amphitheatre, Costa Mesa CA. Maybe it was a fair, but those were paid ticket seats, not a 'get in free with admission to the fair' kind of thing that is usually associated with fairs.
