I totally do not agree with what Monte has put on Twitter, but I must say I have not been happy with some of the things I have seen said on Atop. There is no excuse for the vulgarity that has been used, but I also don't like when others here assume they know what his motives were in the first place. For example, when he tweeted congrats for the award Queen + Adam won, it was speculated here that he was sucking up so he could get a job with Adam again. Does anyone have any evidence at all that that was what it was about, I don't think so. I don't like this kind of assumption any better than I like his vulgarity. The main reason I have stayed on Atop for so long is that we usually don't have that sort of thing going on here. Totally my own opinion, but I've stayed quiet about too long, and it has been bugging the hell out of me.

I just hope Monty is never a part of Adam's life again in any way.. Haha! Someone probably threw a can at him because they recognized him!!!  I couldn't care less about Voldemort one way of the other. I hope he enjoyed the show. But - that is come crazy stuff he's posting in his twitter feed, someone is on a bad acid trip or something. Yikes. |

Always a few surprises to add to a memory book....Hammersmith 2012.... Bob Geldorf sat in the row behind us, and when I looked over my right shoulder he was looking right back at me as he was conversing with, supposedly the drummer from Black Sabbath. No one knew the third person in their " party". (Queen's buddies...entourage?) bamafan and diet coke were on my left! By pure chance!! And, Adam's family and entourage were ... 3-4 rows back of us! Haha....we were in with the VIP's!
It may never happen again for me ....so is kinda cool to have those memories. Bob Geldorf was with two original members of Black Sabbath lead guitarist Tony Iommi and former member drummer Bill Ward and a few other people I did not recognize. (I was in front of you.) Omg....you were front row dead center balcony..... That was an amazing seat.. Eh? I was thrilled with the view from row 2...Lol! I am glad to now know....exactly who the three people were. It makes for even better storytelling.  A bit embarrassing that I did not make the connection that you were seated infront of me, in spite of our brief introductions at the pre concert dinner. Guess I did not recognize you from behind...my blinders were on....too busy looking at Adam! |

And he keeps getting more vulgar and disrespectful with every fifthly aggressive rant. I cant believe what he is posting on twitter. I can't imagine Adam would appreciate the way he is talking to his fans and trying to tell us what Adam needs. I don't say this lightly when I say I really feel he has lost is freakin' mind. If he has any women fans I sure can't imagine them appreciating what they are hearing coming from his mouth. I hope his children are too young to read his twitter. |
