For people who know about these things, is that possible?---> that a concert DVD might contain bits from various concerts? I own a copy of Iron Maiden's "Flight 666" BluRay which, as the cover explains, was filmed in 16 different cities along the tour. www.cdsniper.com/highdef/ironmaiden_f666.htmlThe disk contains both a documentary film about the tour, and the actual compilation of concert numbers that plays like a single show... I really hope for something like that with behind the scenes material from NA, Asia, NZ/Australia, UK and Europe, plus probably two disks with the full Australian and London shows we know they recorded in detail... So anything is possible! I too want a delux set that contains the complete video footage from Sydney, London O2, and Wembley, Summer Sonic in Japan, and NYE. Plus audio CDs for all of these. And also a compilation disc of other special performances and backstage and airplane fun stuff. |

Always a few surprises to add to a memory book....Hammersmith 2012.... Bob Geldorf sat in the row behind us, and when I looked over my right shoulder he was looking right back at me as he was conversing with, supposedly the drummer from Black Sabbath. No one knew the third person in their " party". (Queen's buddies...entourage?) bamafan and diet coke were on my left! By pure chance!! And, Adam's family and entourage were ... 3-4 rows back of us! Haha....we were in with the VIP's!
It may never happen again for me ....so is kinda cool to have those memories. Bob Geldorf was with two original members of Black Sabbath lead guitarist Tony Iommi and former member drummer Bill Ward and a few other people I did not recognize. (I was in front of you.) wow! that is so cool, sitting in the VIP section. ANd nice to read Adams family was there as well, who were there from his family? |
