Two points from the Idol producer that I think relate to Adam possibly being on this season There will be guest mentors made of of either former Idols or musical artists who fit the theme. However, mentor Scott Borchetta will have a say in who is invited “so it doesn’t interfere with his thoughts and wishes.” (Comment: Scott has praised Adam twice in pre season interviews! ) There will be guest performers but not until later in the season, when the field of contestants are whittled down and there is time to fill in the two hour show.Crossing fingers !!!!!!!!!!!

Hoppers, you have a point that we do not know all the details about what happened between Adam and Monte but it speaks volumes to me that Dadbert cut him loose on twitter over this. There is NO justification for losing your cool like he did. None. As my dear mama used to say when my brother would push my button and I freaked out about it. Two wrongs do not make a right. I will be glad that come tomorrow this will be old news.

Videowww.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/queen-star-adam-lambert-id-5233381#ICID=sharebar_twitterQueen star Adam Lambert: I'd like to work with Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith 00:37, 26 February 2015 By Zoe Shenton The singer has revealed he's got his eye on getting into the studio with both of the British stars Adam Lambert's new album is due out soon, and although he won't give away who he's collaborating with he did say who he'd LIKE to be collaborating with. Speaking to Mirror Celebs at the Brit Awards 2015, he said he's like to collaborate with Brit crooners Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran. He also chatted about touring with Queen, he said they've not had too many crazy nights but they let loose after their Wembley show last night. “There’s a lot of great singers here tonight. The UK is pumping outt incredible vocalists,” he said before listing Sam, Ed, Ella Eyre and Jess Glynne. “If there’s a popular singer right now, it’s probably coming out of here.” Adam teased the new record, which is going to be released this summer but wouldn't give away too much about who he's been hooking up with in the studio for the electronic and dance album. “I have some collaborations but I can’t really talk about them yet unfortunately,” he told us. It looks like Adam has to get in line though as Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith were the big winners at this year's Brit Awards. The two artists stormed a number of categories during the ceremony held at the O2 Arena in London. ..

Lets make him invisible. Ignore the rants and ravings of someone who burned their bridge to one of the best singers, entertainers alive and his fanbase. Probably had to lash out at someone, particularly having had a soda can thrown at him. We've gave him way, way, way too much attention to a non-issue. Sticks and stones can break my bones, but..........

I'm probably in the minority here, but why on earth do fans think they should have been saying *anything* to Monte? Over the last few days I saw someone trying to bury the hatchet with someone they used to have a very long working (and personal) relationship with. Then that person's fanbase says nasty things in response. Now, I *totally* disagree with how Monte handled it (and yeah, I think he may have been under the influence and shouldn't have been near social media). But why the hell were people poking Monte in the first place? What happened between Monte and Adam is between them. Both are grown men. Adam doesn't need external help in deciding how he should deal with people who *he* knows personally and we *do not*. Particularly if one or both parties are seeing if water can go under the proverbial bridge. That twitter shit that went down last night was completely unnecessary. If the fandom wants to gossip about things amongst itself - fine. But to start taking public potshots at the people in question and then wondering about the response is like kicking a hornets nest and getting shocked...SHOCKED that the hornets come out stinging. I personally think that anyone that RTed Monte and/or Adam over what started off a complementary gesture is an idiot and helped make everyone - the fandom and Monte both - look stupid. And how does that help anything? #rhetorical #washopingEra3wasgoingtostartonarelaxedbasis

Love ya Adam but there is nothing lower on my list of things I'd like to see Adam do than work with either of these nasally whiny white boys. Where was that article about how they are killing Brit Pop from a few weeks ago when you need it LOL.

I'm with pattihum on this one. Monte basically called glamberts vile, disgusting names...numerous times. I read his entire feed and the few negative "pokes" were rather benign...(pls read the exchange before you pass judgment) Ok. I have gone to Twitter and diligently read. <eyerolls> The guy's feed looks like he's 19 and endlessly living in a frat house. And yep, what he wrote was gross. To the point that I burst out laughing a couple of times, it was so utterly stupid. Also grammatically incorrect. He's like those semi-stoned schoolboys who sit on the steps, grab onto a dirty word and tries to outdo each other by making even more dirty words. Badly. THAT SAID. Still think the fandom shouldn't have poked him in the first place. It wasn't our place. Because, if nothing else, he now feels justified in lashing out and there appears to be a batch of dudes egging him on. #idiotguysencouragingeachother I for one, am just gonna put on my best Elsa impression and "Let It Go". (Unless it doesn't stop snowing in which case I'm gonna find that girl and shake her until she cuts it the heck out!! ) I totally agree with everything HoppersSkippersMiners has said in this series of posts!
