I am sitting here at my computer with my glass of Rum Chata (the lollies were delecious by the way Hoppers TY!) wearing my gorgeous Bohemian Rhapsody pin given to me by dear sweet Momtomany, and listening to QAL on a CD. I am trying to grasp and reflect on this amazing, Universe bringing together, group of mega talented and fine human beings that, through their music, have brought TOGETHER generations of people all over the world to sing, dance, laugh, cry and be joyous together for a special 'moment in time' at each concert. I am overwhelmed with emotions and so appreciative of having the great fortune to be a small part of all this because I got to sit and listen to and share every performance with all of you here. I know there is so much more exciting times, music, and performances ahead of us but this 'moment in time'...these concerts...I want to savor a little while longer and not let go of just yet. Yeah...to quote a line from Gone With The Wind' lol ...tomorrow is another day and then I'll be ready for what comes next...but not tonight. My feeling are a mixture of   !! Oh, adamrocks...I hear you so well!! I so hoped I could make it to the Chicago concert that you went to. And, I would have if it wasn't for my son in HI who got me a ticket to come see him for 2 weeks, in Nov. I hadn't seen him for over 2 yrs., and I had to. There was no choice there, at all. But, my heart was with you, in Chicago, for sure. We are not that far away, and when I saw you were going, I was all...OMG!! I want to go with her!! LOL!! Didn't happen, but it's all what it is. I cherish all the streams & vids that have been shared here! I'm sure that, at some point, I will see Adam, in all his glory, again. I've seen him once!! Yep, once..but it was epic for me. I totally believe that, when the time comes, I will have the honor of seeing Adam, once again. I sure hope so, anyways! For now, I live in the moment of streams & vids, and I am so happy that we have so much better quality than we did back in the days of the *under water* crap!! LOL!! I've been from happy to tears all day, today! I even took off work early to be sure I would be here in time for the concert...lol!! I deserved it, in my mind...lol!! I got what needed to be done, done, and then I was outa there!! No one I know really gets all of this, so I am so glad I can express this here. I am so happy to be a part of such a wonderful community that knows and loves Adam like I do!!!! |
