When they play "God Save the Queen" I have noticed more often than not Adam stands with his right hand over his heart and in Chicago? I think he took off the crown. I would bet that he is doing American protocol at the playing of a National Anthem to show his respect. I can't find a protocol for English Anthem other than stand up? I may not be remembering correctly, but I think Adam often puts his had on his chest as part of his bows (national anthem or not). I think he does it regularly when Brian says the "new guy" bit. He often blows kisses and puts his hand on his chest.
