I am pleased to see that "RequestAdam" has finally removed all the phone numbers and other out of date requesting info. That said, there is not standard process. Radio stations are programmed in many different ways. What information is used, and how it is used varies by programmer and radio consultant. Programmers have enough data now to know what is popular. *** One interesting thing is that a couple major radio consultants are forecasting that 2015 will be a good year for male artists and bands. Adam wouldn't wear the plated gloves. Those are more for heavy lifting. DH lifts weights, for fitness, which is what Adam is doing. The gloves are leather & look very much like the gloves he performs in. Sometimes it really isn't too deep. Seems like just a pixelated photo, probably on purpose. Don't think he had anything but his phone in his hands  What I thought was a ring appears to be a shadow -- it is behind the tab or whatever is between his fingers. Looking at the photo with a filter....the gloves appear to be something like these:  I see hands and full fingers! Where are people seeing gloves?! LOL!! ??? |

What I thought was a ring appears to be a shadow -- it is behind the tab or whatever is between his fingers. Looking at the photo with a filter....the gloves appear to be something like these: I see hands and full fingers! Where are people seeing gloves?! LOL!! ??? No gloves for me either, I think it is the cable to his ears phones gathered in his hand and dangling below the phone. |

Most stations do not invest in callout research. Some use other forms of song instead of traditional callout surveys, some do not believe in research, some just play the music that they cut a deal for, etc. In my day job, I run an R&D lab focused on researching product testing methods (including entertainment products like music). |
