I was curious -- and thought I would look back thru Adam's IG photos at what was popular. I went back to January 2013.

On Adam's most liked IG photo -- that is the one with the most likes -- is the Robin Williams Photo Montage (36K, August 2014), the highest Adam IG has gotten is the "Howl at the Moon" (34.7K from October 2014 posted on page 6 of this thread)

There are three Adam's IGs with 34K likes in September 2014 but they are 6 months old and had a lot of time to pick up likes. One is the photo of Adam and Joan Rivers, one of Adam, and one of Adam + JLo + Harry from Idol.

And there are a few older ones between 30K - 33K.

If this is going to be his most liked IG photo -- it needs to surpass 36K for the Robin William montage Adam posted.

"The" photo is already up to 22.8K and it is not 24 hours old yet. It is continuing to build at a rapid rate and it is moving beyond the usually fans.

It is also traveling around Twitter as a photo at a high rate.

This is totally viral, no press coverage yet.

Agree! Although media will pick it up (Buzz Feed & Socialite Life will go nutso!) , this was for us! I LOVE HIM!!

It seems to be a very carefully composed photo -- check out the ring. Even Adam doesn't work out wearing a ring like that, does he?

And it was photo edited -- presumably by Adam.

So a lot of intentionality. I think the lack of a Tweet or any words was also planned -- although he does not always tweet his IG pictures. He did not tweet the one from March 1, 2015 "Jet." for example.
