Q102Philly Q102 Philly Ouu, TIGHT RACE! @adamlambert vs @therealjordin VOTE! Ultimate @americanidol Bracket! ow.ly/4GhHU3 hours ago Favorite Each pair is very tight. 5% or less spread between them. That seems odd. They can't all be approx equal in fan support. Something ain't kosher about this one!

smokeyvera - that sounds fantastic! What ports does the cruise hit? I've been on 2 Med cruises - one Eastern Med & one Western Med. You'll love it! And Italy too! Been to Italy twice before aand also Croatia, Greece and Turkey. So this is for the kids. We are celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. We fly into Rome and going to Tuscany and staying at one spot and hitting all the sites from there. Then going to Rome for 4 days and hitting Rome and Pompeii. Then we leave from Rome on ship to Durovnik, then 3 stops in Greece and Korfu, on to Turkey to see Ephesus, back to Greek island of Santorini, then Scilily and then back to Rome. I want to be sure the kids get to Venice while in the Tuscany area. The kids are really excited as they love to travel. It's a 12 day cruise. We will be gone 24 days. My hubby and son just got back from a western Caribbean cruise and basically never saw my son except for breakfast and dinner. So I will expect more of the same on this cruise, as he is a teenager and loves to hang with kids. Daughter on the other hand, a little clingy. Hope she ventures out.

To the person asking if septoplasty could change the sound of a voice, I imagine it could, but not significantly. If someone's septum is significantly deviated, it could partially block or significantly block one nostril, which would change facial resonance. But, as the surgery is only to correct a deviation, not reshape or resculpt the nose or face, the resonance in the sinuses and in the bones of the skull would not be impacted.
Don't know when the work was done on Adam, but, his voice sounds to have the same basic resonance since high school graduation. The changes over time I think have much more to do with him mastering and maximizing how to place his tone for the best sound.

RUSSIAN CONCERT, WHERE CAN YOU BUY TICKETS? RUN tantun RUN!!!! I really hope with all my heart that you can go and see him again, although I saw some rumors running around twitter that you cannot buy tickets on line WTF??? >:( you know, just came home and opened computer and first thing I saw was that the concert in Russia was confirmed, so I typed as fast as I could asking about tickets. Didn't know they had not come out on sale yet. Anyway ..... don't know yet if it's possible for me to go, but doesn't hurt trying, right?

I read that Freddie Mercury would not have his teeth fixed because he was afraid it might damage his voice.. "Freddie chose not to to get corrective oral surgery to fix his famous overbite (caused by the presence of four extra teeth which pushed his incisors out). He commented early in his career that he wished to have work done on his teeth, but regretted that he didn't have time to do it out of fear that it would damage his voice. Also, chose not to have surgery to remove polyps on his vocal cords for the same reason. Ironically, Freddie was a smoker."
