If you click on Lee Cherry's blog, he mentions that Alan Louis, one of Adam's dear friends back from Burning Man days, is starring in the show. What a well timed trip to get to see Raja win Drag Race, Alan's show in previews and Sauli already there! ETA: Seashell beat me to it! |

OK YALL!!!! I was at the "Slaughterhouse", and the biggest problem was the heat! After that, it was the embarassingly "low rent" venue, and after that was the fact that there were only about 1000 people there, which made it the most poorly attended concert that Adam did. However, there were tons of younger people there, many young gay boys, and big burly biker dudes pumping their fists with the rest of us. And Adam put on one hell of a show, then got the hell out of town. You tell em mahailia!  I was there too and you have it exactly right! He rocked that place out in the last set! |

Also, he performed one of the sexiest, fiercest versions of WLL that I have seen yet (FS WLL was sexy, but not fierce like this was!) This is a good visual of that performance: on this one, the audio is much better, and gives a better feel of what it was like to be there: I really wish someone with tech skills could mash these two up, and also, a great example of Adam breaking character during a song, as mentioned the other day on the thread. and the precursor, IIHY, was also very hot, what with Adam sampling the tequilla and all..... and above all else, this was my first GNT concert, and I was 4 feet from the stage witnessing his glamtastic performance! |
