Why is it that we embrace liam McEwan when he devotes a day to Adam...or Joy's station....we cyberly hug Maxwell and Elvis....then shit on these guys? I would not blame them if they cancelled it...to me, we are just cutting off our nose to spite our face. Sure they want clicks and views...that is their business....and ours is to embrace any publicity we can, as long as it is flattering to our Adam. JMHO I see TheVersionUK as either not very smart or habitually snarky. They started off on the wrong foot pretending to know stuff they didn't, advertising a poll as news, and caused fans to check with Shosh with every tweet they put out. When they don't write "our" Adam Lambert Day fans cross check again because they've proven to not be trust worthy and again proven they aren't. And then they go after Adam's management which reminds everyone of Out Magazine. So they need to decide their strategy. If snark is their happy place and they only want glambert clicks on Adam mentions so be it, they'll get them. If they want to develop additional audience for the rest of their site then they will take notice of what those that you've mentioned have done and phrase things so that their meaning isn't hidden. Until they sound aboveboard fans will be suspicious of them.

I watched "Who Is Fancy?" sing "Goodbye" on Fallon last nite, anybody else? The new artist released three different mv's of the song, each with a different person "singing" - a young black woman, a Beiber look-a-like (whose mv has the most views and comments), and a cross-dressing young black man. The real singer, it was revealed, was of course none of them. Connections to Adam? Oh, I don't know. I saw a desciption of the singer online that said he was like a "hybrid" of Adam and Sam Smith. It's a pretty song, I think, and I thought it was an interesting roll-out. Speaking of roll-outs, I guess Madonna's GT mv was supposed to premiere on a platform called Meerkat yesterday, even though the teaser for it was on that Tidal service. Seems confusing. But . . . It didn't. So it is now supposed to premiere today. Unless/until she or someone else puts it in on You-Tube or Vevo or something, though, I won't be watching. Looking at her Twitter, it's apparent there is some frustration among her fans. I have been paying attention to this roll out by Scott Borchetta and Big Machine from the beginning. They tried very hard to completely scrub his real identity from the internet, but it wasn't difficult to find pics and info. His real name is Jake Hagood and he was a country singer/songwriter. From country to pop is something Borchetta knows a bit about....LOL. I can see some Sam Smith comparisons (like Sam he tends to swallow his words), but Adam......... I suppose if you are really reaching! ErrrrUmmhttps://mobile.twitter.com/brianlondon/status/585531367091531777https://mobile.twitter.com/brianlondon/status/585531367091531777 Here is the link to watch the performance www.nbc.com/the-tonight-show/segments/118071ETA: and that does look like Brian London on keys.....which means he will be too busy being Fancy to play for Adam Looks like it. mobile.twitter.com/brianlondon/status/585531367091531777 Fallon is the go to place now. Nile will debut his new tune there on April 14th.

Deleted tweets to fans, capped by Gelly. Gelly @14gelly · 4h 4 hours ago "line he tweeted is 1st line of the song" Gelly @14gelly · 4h 4 hours ago "my version is the original demo..throwing out later in the summer for fun. not a big deal" That all makes things sound a lot better concerning SFox. I had began to wonder last night if maybe they were friends. SFox was also on Avicii's True album with Shame on Me. Does not sound like he realizes people found his Google+ page though.

Until they sound aboveboard fans will be suspicious of them. While I agree their responses somewhat childish, they are being singled out at a high level for abusive kickback. Their embellishments for clicks are not really any different than many of the 'pick up' internet news publications that are constantly quoted here. Misleading headlines with copy-and-paste text from other nonreferenced sources are the order of the day in internet journalism. They, the Glambert Media Squad and SStone all got off on the wrong foot, but there really is no indication that they mean any harm. Why bully them to the point that they begin to fight back in a negative manner. That accomplishes nothing. If everyone would just use some common sense, it is not difficult to see which sites are being fed news directly and which ones are the pick ups. Edit. And I rest my case. From Press Party: The Version declares April 21 'Adam Lambert Day' Music and entertainment webzine The Version has been teasing details of a special Adam Lambert all day and it has finally delivered with an exciting announcement. www.pressparty.com/pg/newsdesk/londonnewsdesk/view/124397/?isworld=y
