HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASPEN!
I PM'd with JustWishin several hous ago. I don't see that she's posted since then. She said she had checked into going to Cullman to see bamafan but from what she could find out, the National Guard is in Cullman and you must have a pass to prove you live there to get into downtown Cullman. I'm sure they are trying to keep extra people out who could possibly interfere with the cleanup.
I think JustWishin will keep checking to see if she can get up there. She's only about 35 miles away.

Very late, and I'm sure that it will get discussed closer to the date, but in terms of what to expect/prepping for the Maxidrom festival in Moscow, I'd be more inclined to read about how to prepare for something like Lollapalooza, Glastonbury or Coachella (those these are all probably a great deal bigger/more famous), then expecting that any of the Adam concerts folks have gone to so far would be similar.
I think it's worth being thoughtful/informed about the atmosphere and other attendees as a female audience member, especially one from overseas (not worried about Adam) just in order to be safe. For example, you probably really don't want to be at the front if the front is a mosh pit (though of course this can change from performer to performer).
I feel weird about bringing this up, because on the one hand, I think past events/individual experiences at Russian rock festivals can look frightening even if they are atypical, so I don't want to bring that stuff up and have people over-react, but on the other hand I do think that it's important to really talk to others who have been to these festivals and get their take in order to prepare fully, and that assuming it will be like any other venue brings out my protective instincts for fellow Adam fans. (Again, I think Adam will be fine, and Europeans and Russians who do there homework first should be fine).
