They said the opening guitar, not the whole song. It will be OK. Thanks pattihum, I hope you are right. Not a big fan of western nor country music and that is the vibe I am getting from the short clips so far plus what that reviewer said. Remember, this is Adam Lambert!!

I would have loved to be at GNT in Atlanta and the one at the Music Box - if that's where he sang with Alison Porter. Would have loved to go to QAL in Glasgow. I liked seeing the Idol tour too. That's when I found out that I was not alone in my Adam madness. Just to hear everyone go crazy each and every time they flashed his pic on the monitors before the concert. I needed that to mend my heart. EVERYONE I knew wondered what the hell I was doing going to an Idol concert - soooooo uncool. One of many things I've done since then that make me question my sanity - in a good way

For East Coast folk 'Call the Midwife' is on and it's about what happened to homosexual men in the late 50's in the UK. Heart wrenching stuff.

I just looked at the website of one of the people that made QAL such an amazing show, the lighting designer. He has a lot of amazing pictures on his homepage. Here are a few of them (for more: www.robsinclair.com/)Thanks for posting these, nic42! Imma right-click-saving all of them!

This is a good expression "bonkers" or bad? I do not know...
In this case it is good. It means "wild," "crazy," "excited," "very enthusiastic."
Thank you! It sounds good now.

GT snippets don't sound country or western at all to me. A bit of house. Maybe Western but not Country. I don't think the Avicii comparsion is that big of deal. The reviewer was referring to the guitar instrumental part not the song overall. Nothing but positive in that review.

Bonkers is a very good word. No ledges needed, there has never been a Country or Western deep house track -- and I am 1000% sure that this song is not a country song or anything like "Hey Brother".

Ugh... I don't like Avicii - Hey Brother Me neither, am a little upset about that comparison I like it but then I think it sound's like Runnin and GT sounds like Runnin. I thought it was very unique, I'd be happy, although I don't like the middle part of instruments that hurts my ears, but everything else is great.
