If someone wants to be in for a treat just go to his facebook page and read the comments. There are so many places in the internet where reading comments is a crazy thing to do. But his post with the lyric video of GT is full of flailing by young, old, male, female... LOVE IT!

Adam Lambert single review - 'Ghost Town' by Daniel Falconer | 21 April 2015 FIVE STARS***** Transport yourself into Adam Lambert's 'Ghost Town' heart with his brand new single, kickstarting with 45 seconds of melodic and soothing vocal tones before rampaging through an intense and exciting chorus that showcases Adam at his very best. The singer is searching his soul with the first cut from his third studio record, and you'll be inclined to do the same with your first listen to this track. Produced by album executive producers Max Martin and Shellback, this is a song that once more sees Adam push any genre boundaries he could possibly be restricted by, instead blending a variety of folk, pop, electro and house together and refusing to conform to the usual trends. Addictive and catchy, there's a whistle line acting as a hook which you won't be able to get out of your mind, contrasting against the dark mood and tone that a lot of the track portrays. The lyrics are poignant and heavy, but thankfully aren't presented in a way that's going to leave you feeling hollow.... This is without a doubt the best single Adam has ever released and the one that is most likely to see huge commercial success. With some good radio play and support from media outlets, it should soar to the top of the charts in no time, and anything less than top ten would be a travesty. Can it reach number one? That's down to the fans and new supporters. It should certainly do so. I'd go as far as to say that this is the best pop single to come out of the year so far. POPJUSTICEAdam Lambert – ‘Ghost TownHave you ever wondered why so many online publications publish so many enthusiastic stories about Adam Lambert, when artists at a similar point in their careers receive far less coverage? We'll let you into a secret here: Adam Lambert is GREAT for traffic. Publish something about Adam Lambert, and page views explode. This traffic comes from the Glamberts, Adam's very loyal, very vocal, very passionate and very click-happy fanbase. The Glamberts are - and we're only partially saying this because we don't want them to come round and murder us in our sleep - one of the best fanbases around. But what is Adam Lambert beyond that fanbase? From a UK perspective, at least, he's someone who people know had something to do with American Idol a million years ago. They know he's had some music that's been good, and they know he's been hanging out with Queen quite a bit. But there's also a sense of most people not really getting what the fuss is all about. Ghost Town had me at "Died"...Love, love, love it.
Had to go to bed shortly after I heard it on the leak and knew I couldn't stay up til 12:01. So, I'm sleeping soundly when I hear this persistent ding, ding, ding. My daughter was texting me. I look at text and she says she just pre-ordered TOH album on itunes. I rolled over and went back to sleep...ding, ding. She had just heard GT and liked it. I rolled over again...ding, ding. Now she loves it says it is so current and mainstream and she can hear it as a song for the radio. I just smile and roll over again. Now she goes bonkers with praise so I finally call her...I take this as a good omen. She loves Adam but has never really liked his music but can't say enough great things about GT and Adam...she's even planning our next trip to see him live. LOL
I finally got up and purchased it on itunes.
What a great song...so happy for Adam!!!!! and us too.

Yes! The perfect song from our perfect guy. Adoreadam, that is well said!
I am slowly landing on earth again. I knew that listening to new Adam music would blow me away, but as usual I underestimated what he does to me.
Got up early this morning, took the train to Amsterdam and found a quiet spot in the sun somewhere. I worried a bit, because wouldn't it be strangely out of place to listen to a song like 'ghost town' on a bright and early spring morning in the middle of a city that is very much alive?
Turned up the volume in my earbuds anyway and sat back. And what a song! The tender start, then the jarring transition, morphing into a beat that perfectly fits and the wail 'my heart is a ghost town!'. Then the waves of the song, taking it back a bit and then hitting it again with those ever expanding beats. I really had to smile because of the amount of lyrics we already had without knowing it for sure, almost every mysterious IG of the last year was a Ghost Town line.
And of course my worries were unnecessary, in a weird way this potentially dark song is a song that makes me really happy too. And fits wonderfully into sunny city life. I really have to listen to it on a dark and rainy evening too, see if that changes my perception.
I am so happy, my heart is so full. This song feels so good. I half expected a car to pass by blaring Ghost Town from its speakers already. And it is only a matter of time before that happens for real, I'm sure.
