Yeah please get rid of Tommy. Always found him lazy and uninspired. New band that Adam needs and deserves. I was never a fan of Tommy on bass or lead guitar. But he never struck me as "lazy". Whatever I thought of Tommy as a musician, I will always appreciate how he supported Adam from the beginning including in the aftermath of the AMA's.

I really hope he does have a new band, especially with a good guitar player. How reliable is the source? Is it safe to get my hopes up about a new backing band? Very reliable or it would not be in the OP. And yes. Wonderful news! I hope the new musicians were chosen for their MUSICAL ability first and foremost. Then, their compatibility. Then, maybe, having the right "look." Something learned from Queen, perhaps?

Loved that interview in UK Glamour - he never disappoints. After all these years he makes me smile like a school girl every single time.

The Indiependent @indie_pendent_ · 9m 9 minutes ago Single Review: Ghost Town// Adam Lambert wp.me/p50MsC-2XH @adamlambert Single Review: Ghost Town// Adam Lambert Posted on April 26, 2015 by lauryngreen99 in Music The Original High, and ‘Ghost Town’ has certainly set a high standard indeed for the rest of the album’s tracks. It’s impossible to describe the track in relation to the songs from the artist’s previous two albums, as the single is so completely different to any of his previous material. However, fans will be ecstatic with the artist’s new sound. The simple instrumentals in the introduction provide a perfect juxtaposition for chorus, which has a strong techno feeling. The ethereal echoing vocals are paired with the beautifully poignant lyrics to create a flawless introduction to what is sure to be an equally flawless album. Though this song lacks Lambert’s signature vocal runs, his astounding range is evident. After performing with the band on ‘Idol’, Lambert toured last year with Queen, coming into the public eye in the UK singing in the prestigious midnight slot on the BBC on New Years. Now with Queen band member Brian May lending his voice to one of the tracks on Lambert’s upcoming album, fans are certain to be in for a musical treat. That Glamour interview is the most non-music interview of Adam I have read in ages.

Loved that interview in UL Glamour - he never disappoints. After all these years he makes me smile like a school girl every single time. Me too - he's just so naturally likeable, down-to-earth and witty.
