OH WOW.. Looks like WBR really have good relationships with all these radio and they BELIEVE in the song. I think so far it's the most radio ads Adam has ever gotten. 
I wonder how many Tampa radio stations that has added GT to their playlist. I keep on checking on of the Clear Channel radio, 93.3FM, in the morning and on the way home. I haven't heard it yet.

The most gorgeous man you could possibly want to film and he's hardly shown for a whole second at a time....what a wasted opportunity...and i hope he didn't work on getting in shape for this cos no one would know. Also, I thought the opening bit with his face more featured, was very badly lit - unflattering, which takes some doing with Adam..The whole thing was just a video list of oddly dressed and presented friends of Adam in irritating split second flashes. (A bit latter day IIHY). All this instead of innovation and artistry and real imagination. Just could have been soo amazing with Adam as subject matter. Oh oh.....now I'm in trouble.....but it's just my humble opinion, etc.....and what do I know.... So looking forward to being wrong....fire away.... I was getting ready to share my impressions of the video, when I saw Sophie's post which expresses much of what I felt, better that I could have communicated it myself. Also, I did not like to see "Hype Williams" flashing one minute into the video. I know it is kind of a signature thing, but I just find it tacky, disrespectful and jarring when that sort of directorial credit is shown well into the song/video. That being said, I love Ghost Town - Adam's very best single so far, as far as I am concerned. I must have listened to it 200 times so far. |

Did Hype whatever his name is really have his name in there??? did we ever see Adam's name??? Jesus, Adam is much too nice some times. Adam's name is shown on-screen right at the beginning of the video (at the :01 mark). |

I love the Elvis bit too  . He manages to mix reeeeeally sexy with fun in that little clip. And towards the end when he spreads his arms and spins is winding up the dance feel, like 'join in and party!' Also, it seems that whoever said (i think it was pattihum) that the over-the-shoulder 'still' we saw last week looked a bit vampire-ish, was dead (sorry) right  . I wondered as I saw the little clips whether it would be too much high-speed imagery for me, but now I've watched it a few times, I really appreciate that with all that, we got Adam first and last, and front and centre!
Kudos to the man (and Hype Williams too..................... ) ITA -- the clips gave me the impression that it would be a lot of fast images being flashed and confusing to watch. Happily, not so! And I love the Elvis bit too.  |

haha, also had to chuckle at Adam's comment on ET interview, something along the lines of representing all ages, all races, etc. I did not see one older overweight person represented in the video. Teasing. Sort of. #notthetargeteddemographicIguess

This video was very very typical of Hype Williams... from his own name dropping to the seizure inducing images. The only thing different is that there was less overt sexual images.

I love it, I find is really watchable and interesting. I can def see it playing on the big video screen in a club. One the the radio stations tweeted that it made the song the star and I totally agree, not that Adam doesn't look fabulous.
