Hi All, just a quick YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!

I called my local radio station in small town coastal community and with an up-pitched voice (trying to sound younger, ya know, LOL

I said I saw on the internet a new music video called Ghostown by I think it was Adam Lambert? and wondered if they could play it... and the gal said I should talk to the radio manager since she didn't know.

Anyway, I talked to him and I repeated the same thing and he said.............ta da................... They just got it in ADDS today!!!!!!!!!

At first he said it wouldn't play until Friday, but after my Yeah, so glad - I can't wait to hear it on my radio - in a giggly high pitch voice... he said well, he has to load it up from slkdfjakfjasjfksdfjsdkfsadkfsdkf whatever he said and then he could play it. He though he could do it in the next couple of hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thanked him and said I will be listening and that it was great to hear.

So, that is the update. In small town USA the ADD came in. He said he got Two adds this week and that was one of them. I forgot to ask who the other one was. Oh well, I truly was excited and I do have the radio on.

OK, off to do my work and listen to the radio.

Great day today for Ghost Town on 3fm in The Netherlands! It got played twice today (by the same dj I just found out). 

First in the afternoon in a part of the program they call "Dokter Pop" (Doctor Pop) in which a caller gives a description of a song that he / she wants to hear but doesn't know what it is. So the dj tries to figure out which song it is. Today a guy called telling that he had heard a song last week on the same station while at work. He describes this as:

A song which start's a bit with a guitar. Then a guy starts singing through that. Then a nice beat get's added and there also is some whistling. 

That was all he remembered. He though it was a remix of a sort of pop/rock number. The dj first thinks it is Flo Ridah, but of course that isn't it. It takes some more guesses, but then finally with some help they find out that it's Ghost Town from Adam Lambert. The dj apparently didn't know the song yet, but he played it again in the evening and commented afterwards that he really loved it! I quote: "f&cking good record!" (Of course the explicit version is played.) Immediately afterwards Ghost Town appeared on the iTunes charts again at #154 (now dropped to #190 again). That just shows that the song sells itself if it gets played. 


Music video now at 921,759 (slowly getting there). Lyric gained also 337k views from 30th of April and Ellen is on 255k. So if they all would have been added to the Music video it would have been around 1.5mil already.
