totally love Adams response to GQ.. but will there now be outrage from the "Ryan Seacrest" types that are trying to reach or obtain that GQ style.. will they be offended? quotemidwifespal.."(to be fair to GQ, they do go for colored chinos. nothing says party like a colored chino.)" I love seeing Adam congradulate his friends..I may not follow all of them.. but, I do like Sutan/Raja.. adamlambert Adam Lambert @ @sutanamrull your single is so nasty!!! Loving it! Ha. Congrats!!

danigyrly: @gqfashion hope ur 72k fwrs got a kick outa ur hate cause @adamlambert 's 1,019,028 are luving watching him make u look like idiots! #fail I don't know that calling them idiots is the way to go. I think Adam made his point and there is no need to trample. I found Adam's tweets to be amusing and on point, but why did such a little thing get Adam riled up to that degree?

pasta-he's just having fun, like we are.
(eta: although I wouldn't be surprised if he was also, in his way, calling them out on their wierd, chinolicious "gay vampire schtick" dig)

zinnia Good night bb!! And thank you again for the translations, you're working really hard for all of us! Awww, thanks . I'm not translating though, I'm writing down the Finnish text for Riinukka to translate. I don't mind doing it, and usually I have time for that (even at work ) but yesterday and today have been just insane at work (beginning of month). But everything got done and in right time. Better get to bed now, anyway. CU tomorrow!

spreckles z_okay College soccer player tells his coach: I am writing a coming out story. He mentions @adamlambert & his song Aftermath : j.mp/kw16AO3 minutes ago College soccer player tells his coach: I am writing a coming out storySaturday, 30 April 2011 23:12 By Brandon Stoneham For Outsports.com .... Solace through music "I had always liked “American Idol,” but never as much as when Adam Lambert was performing. I found his voice to be unlike any other. This combined with the self-confidence he exhibited every time he was on stage had me convinced; he was my first gay role model. I loved how much confidence he had in himself and how in-touch he seemed with his own emotions and feelings. I envied his confidence. The song “Aftermath” from his first album would change my life; it was the first “coming out” song I had heard. The more I listened to it, the more I realized I had to take control of my life for the first time. (more)

If anyone is curious about the "cutting edge fashion" that is GQ right now (I was), feast your eyes on this fabulous collection of pocket squares, woven belts, and, gasp, baseball-jackets, perfect for this season's fashion-forward man. Just realized we are lacking a "yawn" smiley. Somehow, it just never came up on an adam-lambert board before. this will have to do: www.gq.com/style/wear-it-now/201101/spring-style-preview-2011#slide=7(to be fair to GQ, they do go for colored chinos. nothing says party like a colored chino.) Wow - I guess what goes around comes around... Half of the pics in that GQ spread remind me of "classic" things from the 60's and 70's - skinny pants w/o pleats, woven belts, fisherman knit sweaters, plaid ties, a jacket from JC Penney that costs a *little* less, etc. Main difference - guys wore socks with their shoes lol! Adam is having fun today, and so am I!

I personally feel that he WAS mad when he first read the GQ tweet saying "we get your shocking, gay, vampire shtick" but when he got it out of his chest after the first tweet he felt better and started laughing about it, the second one about the chinos was pure fun.
Thats why he said #realness and if I combine this to the other one he said a few days ago about not wanting to bite his tongue so often it makes sense. That is of course again me ranting and speculating, what do I know about his thoughts hahaha!! ;D

Hi, everybody, newbie here!
I've been an Adam fan since June or July 2009.
I'm so glad I found this site, it's so entertaining and you are all wonderful people. Excuse my occasional misspellings, another fan with English as a second language.
Re: GQ tweets, I wonder why they singled him out from that list of five “worst dressed” and tweeted to him that childish thingy. It’s like the person running the account is a 5-year-old!!!
