Well, he's not Adam. But he turned this into a song that suited his voice. I (of course) like Adam's version better, he did make it interesting.
But Adam Levine is an ass. I don't believe he hasn't heard the song before. And Nakia did NOT perform that better than the original.

Adam Levine is a prick. Nakia did not sing this song better than AFL. Further, since you were not familiar with the song, that was a big leap to make. Adam, I pity your twitter feed.
That being said, Nakia that was a different interpretation of the song. Angrier and I think he sang it well.

Hi guys!!! LOL!! Again, I know. Still shaking from what Levine said, but I'll get over it. Spewed it out on twitter...hahahahha!! Do not like that man anymore, not that he ever was that special. But, saying that he hadn't heard the original and then, that Nakia sang it better?? BS!!!!!!!! I'm sure many are tweeting him the original as I type...LOL!!! I'm in an angsty (is that a word?) mood anyways cause of RL, so I'm really, really caught up in this right now. Forgive me? I'm really, really happy that Adams song got sang on The Voice!! I really am. And, I think Nakia did it proud. Different, but very good. Just not happy bout what Levine or is it Lefine? Don't know, don't care...hahahahha!! I need to settle down...lol!! Can't wait to see/read/hear all the online articles coming up on this one. I mean....come on, levine.....It was a GRAMMY FUCKING NOMINATED SONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Casey, that was just lovely. Way to go. Sing it your way. That was pretty. The vibrato was a little too much. She had the baaaaaa sheep thing going at the beginning, but it was a pretty song.

Totally agree with everything ya'll said about Levine and I'm NOT convinced he's not familiar with WWFM. Plus when he said "I'm pretty sure you sang it better than the original singer" meaning Adam, so he's either heard the song and didn't admit to it, but either way, he's clearly not an Adam fan.
Then Blake Shelton said Nakia's performance was "award show" good and added "and in tune, too." Was that aimed at Adam and his AMA performance?
Man, I am seething at both Levine and Shelton's comments. Argh!!!!

LMAO at all the tweets to levine with Adam Lamberts WWFM!!! I listened to acoustic WWFM while the otheradam was singing with Maroon 5, or whatever they are...lmao!!
Talk about a diva????? This guy sucks, big time. Never was enamored bout him, and really, really don't like him now. Nothing against Nakia at all, though. He did a good job.
