Live Aid ULS2017 project's fundraising is coming to an end and a huge concert is organized as a thank you to the donors, also it's hoped to trigger one last push for the project from the audiences, both live and watching it on TV. Concert will benefit building a new children's hospital in Helsinki, all people in organizing etc. work for free, donations and ticket income go in full to the charity as well as all royalties and sales of the song and video 'Lohtu' (=consolation, solace). Concert on saturday June 6, 5 hours long starting at 17.00, price range of tickets 30-70 euros. The National Opera Orchestra and Choir conducted by Hannu Lintu and ULS All Stars Band will accompany the artists, expect special guests and surprise combos/songs. Spotify list of songs that have helped people in distress is formed via their website, some of the songs and stories people have sent when suggesting a song to the list will be performed in the concert. (BTW one of the stories published is for TSMGO.) The first song 'Lohtu' is made for this occasion, composed by Tuomas Holopainen (Nightwish; lots of collaborators) and video is directed by Dome Karukoski. IDK how to get a spotify link, so here's a link to the website where it is, if you'd like to stream 'Lohtu' and help. liveaid.fi/lohtu Or watch on YT (some familiar faces some of you might recognise in there, Dancing on Ice guest judges from Sauli's season, opera singers, violinist, The Voice Germany judge etc.) www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wXjcuCikUA

I'll make a link list of Adam's press cycle later, it's a big one and not all outlets are so fast. Naturally press is willing to promote a huge charity event and it's good for the event to have an extra cycle via 'late addition', little extra enthousiasm added that he's a foreign pop STAR. Benefit for Adam is that this is about him as opposed to a long list of artists. Great day!
PS GT is great in stereo on YleX - again!

OT - today my heart is a GT as we had to put one of our dogs for me today All I can figure is that they have some Canada plan we do not know about that involves Toronto. There is no chance they will forget about Canada -- just a matter of when.
