If I'm not mistaken the entrance to GMA is from Upper westside of Manhattan? Where's B&N? Are they in the same area as well?

Saw this on Twitter and was thinking about the CD signing at B & N...wonder if it'll go something like this one from Finland in 2010. Stockmann is our Harrods or KaDeWe. The bookstore is in an adjacent building, has two floors but the space is open in the middle, the video is filmed from the balcony.
