Adam is so busy and right when he's running all over and doing promo he learns some dancing moves with two dancers for a TV show tonight!  He is incredible!!

It's early June in 2015. The aforedescribed evening was almost precisely six years ago. Despite his loss Lambert, 33, has good memories of American Idol.
- I couldn't imagine a better launching pad for my career. I think I'm very lucky, says the singer who we got hold of from London.
- No way I would be where I am without the show. It was much later that I understood that it's watched outside the US, for example in Finland.

(Most watched show in 2009, not so much any more, ratings have dropped, next season will be the last.)
Lambert doesn't want to say if it should've been cancelled earlier.
- Difficult to say. Perhaps it's just that even all good things must come to an end. At its best it was the greatest music show of all times.

"Problem in acting circles"

Only a couple of weeks after AI finale he told he's homosexual in an interview to Rolling Stone. - Not to myself in any case, says Lambert and laughs.
- But I think it's a bigger problem in acting circles, especially if you're usually playing romantic leads.

In addition to his singing career Lambert is well-known to Finns as an ex-partner to Sauli Koskinen who became known from Big Brother. Are you annoyed that for the Finns you'll forever be 'the singer who had a Finnish boyfriend'?
- I think it's a bit crazy, but it doesn't bother me, says Lambert and laughs.
- Finland is a lovely place in every regard. Thanks to Sauli I learned a lot about your country and its culture. Also during every visit I've met a lot of fantastic people.
