I know a couple of people commented on this yesterday as "so much for Drake," but I think Adam was just being facetious - Drake was in the audience most weeks, apparently everyone on set knew they were dating, and the producers blatantly didn't ID Drake in the audience as Adam's boyfriend. Although they knew each other for a while they weren't officially dating until towards the end of the Idol run. Drake was in the audience towards the end of the season but not before I don't think. Around top 4 or 3 week Adam brought Drake to one of the elimination night dinners and introduced him as his boyfriend but at the beginning of the season he had presented himself as single.

Not able to watch, oh well.. ..just have to wait for videos. Seems you can watch on IE or Firefox IF you activate something called "Silverlight". I'm afraid to "activate" anything w/o running it by my son and he's not available to ask. It's prob. OK to activate as I see several on Twitter saying the stream is great. ETA: Or what Belle said above. Yes, the stream is great and it was easy to d/l Silverlight to Firefox.

A lot more audience present already, the seats are filled and more people standing too. Of course, five hours is a long time to stay put, people are moving to eat something and use the restroom etc.
Radio tells that there are 18 tv cameras at work and rapper Brädi with someone are next. I believe doing a couple of songs.
BTW the young girl interviewer is 11 years old and has done movies already (parents are actors too).

(This is going to be a long one, sorry, once I get rambling about Adam I don't stop) Since our whirlwind Adam is moving and moving so quickly I'll try to write my thoughts now, before last night is a distant memory. Last week has been such a rollercoaster. I first learned that Adam was coming to the Netherlands a week ago, because I saw a tweet of a Dutch fan who had heard something. I contacted her and she said, no problem! I will make sure that you can get in with us and see Adam. I was walking 5 feet above the ground after that. So so happy that my body was tingling all morning. Until after a few hours I got the message that I couldn't come after all. That message started a weekend of frustration. So close, yet so far away!! I teamed up with another member of Atop (or she with me, I don't even remember how it happened) and we started calling and mailing. And mailing and calling. Walking by the hotel where the show is filmed. (Btw I don't know whether she wants to be known, I'll leave it up to her to tell you if she wants). During the week the exact day became known, and it turned out that I had made a terrific guess a month ago. I had almost randomly bought tickets to RTL late night for monday June 8, just on an intuition, before it was even clear that Adam would come to the Netherlands. Terrific guess, but just off by one all important day. So close, but so far away! It was doubly frustrating for me last week, because I didn't know whether I could get to see Adam, but also because I couldn't say anything about it. It was supposed to be a secret, why I don't know. Thursday morning I got the unbelievable phone call that we got in!! Somebody cancelled and we could take their place. "Shall I reserve these places for you?" the production company asked. Well YESSS! Friday I was a mess of course. I had to work, but followed the people who were at the airport waiting for Adam from a distance, getting nervous with them with every arriving flight. So happy that they saw Adam after all that waiting!! At the end of the afternoon everybody went to the Rembrandtplein. We were sitting there, waiting a bit and drinking, but I just couldn't stay there. I really felt I wanted to be at the hotel. Because: ADAM soon! And I was right, because we sat down in the lobby and after a short while I looked over my shoulder and Adam just walked in! It was such a shock to suddenly see him there. I just sat there with my mouth open, and then he walked upstairs. A minute later Adams spotify playlist started sending out messages of new additions. Such a weird idea that he was sitting just one floor above our heads, adding songs to his playlist. We waited (of course) in the lobby, and saw him being whisked past on his way to the first soundchecks. Through the window I could see Adam. And he saw us. Looked me right in the eye a couple of times, and I even got a shoulder roll and a smouldering look. MAN! It was so much fun, and surreal, and confusing, and still I was eerily calm. My nerves had been sky high all day, but they just disappeared once I was in the same building as Adam. It was fascinating to see him move through the room, shaking the hands of all people who were there. Smiling, hugging, making friends. To see him work, creating his performance with the people around him. He must have been dead tired, coming from London in the afternoon, straight into a few interviews and immediately off to prepare a live show with a crew that he mostly didn't meet before. And still he was ultimately professional about it. We didn't get the chance to see him up close after soundchecks, security was getting tighter as showtime was nearing, and we waited until we were let in. I was perfectly content, could have walked away right then and I would have been very happy. But it was far from over! After an seemingly endless wait (that maybe took an hour) we were taken to our seats. I didn't really want to be in the spotlights, but my fellow Atopian in crime didn't care, as long as we were near Adam. So I put my hesitations aside, and we got a place right at the corner of the bar! And then! Adam came out again! He was close enough to touch. So SO close!! And did another soundcheck. This one was brilliant, even better than the live performance. Started off soft and dangerous and it built and built. I tried to stream it, but afterwards I was shaking so bad that I deleted it. (sorry) When it was almost showtime, places got switched again by the producers and I ended up fourth at the bar. The perfect place not far from Adam yet not full on camera. The show went by in a buzz, with the audience erupting in applause and cheers every time Adam was mentioned. Adam suddenly appeared behind us, and sang again. This time live for close to a million people. I was so proud. I immediately went out to the lobby again after the show ended, and waited. Adam came by very soon, and I walked up to him because I wanted to deliver a letter from another fan. He said , hey, thank you!! Didn't have a chance to say anything, somebody said, hey, take a picture! And there I found myself standing next to Adam with a hand on his back. His blouse was so soft. I felt a little guilty to be bothering him, since he was obviously in a hurry. But his smile in the picture looks real. I still think it is so surrealistic. And it all went so fast, even though I had a whole evening of watching Adam coming and going. I wouldn't say I met him. I saw him. And it was good. And no, I wasn't a puddle afterwards. I learned that seeing Adam doesn't reduce me to a blabbering mess as much as listening to him perform a show. It was just surprisingly normal, but still surreal. I feel light and happy today. And thank you so much for cheering me on! (Viv, a BIG thanks to you too for refusing to believe that it wouldn't happen and keeping my spirits up during this weird but ultimately very wonderful week). This is a still from a few seconds of the vid I took before the last soundcheck. Didn't dare to film more, as it wasn't allowed and we had almost been sent out before for taking pictures. It is unbelievable, but this is not zoomed in. The black bit in the lower right corner is my dress. He was just there, right before me!! Did I mention that I am still having trouble believing that this happened?
