I think "Ghost Town" is a great radio single and I love listening to it, but it just doesn't translate well, for me, on stage. The Ellen Show performance was the best for me, so far. I really loved his performance of "Evil in the Night" and feel like that showcases Adam at his best, but I don't like the recorded version as well so I can see why it's not the single for radio. I just wish the two could go together better, meaning the song and the performance. Also, I'm really hating the hand in the pocket thing. I was hoping that wouldn't continue. Is it just me? For some strange reason I find the hand in the pocket sexy and kind of dangerous... I agree, Krazykay. Reminds me of Dean Martin. It makes him look so relaxed, and, "I got this." Sorry, Jomama.

Just based on the streaming data, YouTube and Social Media sentiment -- EITN appears to be a core fan favorite, but not a pop music listener favorite. [It is not the favorite of all core fans, just that most of the people playing it and "talking about it" are tightly connected to Adam fan networks.] Setting aside GT, which is being promoted, the most popular of the other TOH tracks so far is ALN. >> I have analyzed a ton of data to come to this conclusion. It is actually related to my day job. Based on the comments I have heard from a few people who have heard the whole album -- TOH seems to be a great pop song. Seems like it might be single #2 -- just a guess. I am loving ALN, too. I'd love for that one to get some airplay. It has a really great hook, better than most any song I've heard in a long time. I do love EITN, but ALN has a sweetness to it that I am drawn to. EITN has a darker, sexier feel in contrast. I hope Eber is right about the song TOH. That one could be the next treasure. Won't be long now!

Adam needed something different and outstanding to get him back in the public consciousness and GT is the perfect vehicle for that purpose, IMO. I don't think any of the other singles we have heard, tho great, would have served that purpose as well.

Saw some responses and wanted to point out that the reason I don't like the hand in the pocket thing is because it doesn't look natural for Adam, imho.

I apologize to all who were waiting for pictures from me. I took two pictures, when Adam came on stage, then I "paralyzed". I could not do anything other than stare at that perfect man.
Three minutes went by so fast and after that I was like a drowning which had just been offered a straw that allows rescue. And it is not enough to save me. Adam, I need more straws .....
