As far as I know, B&N will give out a set number of wrist bands on the day of the event -- they usually do not disclose the number of wristbands. They allow people to que up early but not to spend the night in line for the store opening. >> For example....B&N Union Square -- does a lot of big signings. For the Hillary book signing they gave out 1,000 wristbands to people who purchased the book on the day of the signing. Then they qued up to wait. They got about 4 seconds with her. No talking, no photos, 500 people per hour, 2 hour event. My expectation is that Adam will sign and smile BUT do not expect it to be as "long" as a concert M&G. Also, in the past they have enforced both the purchase limit (2 for this event) and the NO PHOTO rule. So first you line up to buy the CDs and then you lineup again for the signing? That is what has happened in the past. I do not know what this B&N will do. The big signing are usually in LA (The Grove) or in NYC Union Square.

I really enjoyed reading Lyndsey's take on each song.
Interesting...can't wait for Adam to sing "I am the light"...sounding like some sort of god... We've always said he "glows"...lol.
“The Light” – Get out the glowsticks. This is the full-on rave epic, a Burning Man partystarter, with its many mystic references to the elements. “I am the light,” Lambert intones over bowel-rumbling, stuttering witchhouse beats, basically sounding like some sort of god. I’d say I can’t wait to hear the remixes of this one, but it already sounds like a remix of a remix.
Lucy......this one should be good.
It’s quite massive, and it’s badass, with a bit of a later-period Fall Out Boy feel. Light 'em up, everyone.
Heavy Fire sounds interesting too
The Original High’s most operatic offerings, showcasing Lambert’s crazy vocals in a bold way that some of the album’s other cuts do not.

@ala4afam My faves besides Ghost Town are Original High, The Light & These Boys, but I'd say of those the title track is more single-worthy.

I'm in Philly. I too was going to do the am train thingy, but after speaking with store mgr., who said they expected a large crowd to probably start gathering at 5am, I realized that the earliest train would get me there like you'd said 10ish. Philly transit begins at 5am. So I worked it out for myself that if I leave my home at 10:30pm going into Trenton and taking that train I'd get to NY about 3am. I'd check the store opening time as the message says it opens from 7am to 9pm weekdays. So giving a half hour to get to B & N from Penn Station, I won't be out on streets that long. Mgr. said line will move fast and they have a good number of wristbands. Store ph. #212 750 8033. You are absolutely right! Weekdays is 7 am! 10 am is on Sat. only. I guess I am going to have to rethink my timing and RL stuff...Did the mgr mention anything re how long Adam is scheduled to be there? Yes, she said a few hours, that line will be fast goin thru.
